I started watching Devon and armwrestling with school boy etc. when I was in middle school about the age of 12. Im now 21 years old. To see how far Devon has come as an armwrestler and how much the sport has evolved is amazing. I remember when Devon was still just a mid tier heavyweight and using kings move every round and barely winning at all. To now, becoming the #1 super heavyweight in the world. And clashing with the strongest superheavyweight to ever compete for the 2nd time. If Devon takes this win, which Im certain he will. It will forever solidify him as the greatest of all time. No other athlete in this sport has swept through almost every formidable opponent in the dominance Devon has, at the AGE of 48-49. Let alone, if he beats Levan, the only armwrestler who no one can pin since 2017. Devon truly has no limits.

Crazy that the only pwrson who can beat this current shape of Devon is Levan and likewise, the other way around. Hoping for a banger this weekend and to see Devon victorious. Would be a great story. And even if he doesnt win, again, right now no one else can beat him. The rematch with Genadi with this version of Devon after what he learned after losing to Levan and Genadi wouldnt be close.
Devon is surely one of the greatest examples of the old adage “Carpe Diem” in modern sport, and whether you’re a fan or not, there’s no denying he’s cemented his legacy as one of the greatest arm wrestlers and ambassadors of the sport. I hope they have an awesome battle!!

After this next match win or lose Devon should stay at HW division. I know the comp cant touch him there but at 50 it seems like the smart thing to do so he doesnt risk permanent injury and damage that could force him to stop competing completely. Being 50 and the best arm wrestler in the hw division is no small feat and he should be happy with that

If Devon wanted to do what he does best, and get in Levan's head, he'd memorize a phrase or two in Georgian that would confuse him and make him ponder what Devon means, like, "I need you" or "you're everything to me." Subconsciously, Levan would lose focus while Devon is laughing and getting psyched up.

For Levan: if he wins, he is the best ever and probably would stay a level above all others for quite some time. Exiting times for armwrestling indeed. A not to be missed event in the history of armwrestling. P/S: it's make or break for Devon though. If he loses, he would probably quit superheavies, go for 105 kg and never challenge Levan again.

I've followed Devon for a LONG time and always enjoyed his style of arm wrestling. I want him to win this match against Levan, but I just don't know. I've seen some guys really pull Devon down almost pinning him. That gives me pause as I've never seen anyone do that to Levan. Rooting for Devon, but the best arm wrestler will win!

Refs are blind but even then Genadi gassed Devon out. The match went on longer and Genadi was still stronger and came back from an impossible position against Devon.

Great Video. Need to speak just a LITTLE bit slower. Feels like you're in a closet trying to rush this out before your mom bursts into the room. Also, the background music could be a LITTLE bit louder. It's like the video is so much further away from you speaking.
