  • I’m not sure what country you’re from, but what would this be classified by law? I wasn’t to build one for my niece and nephew, but I’m not sure if I’d need a permit. My engineering friends and I are trying to figure out what this would be classified as. ROV, Go Kart, Motor Vehicle, ATV?
