The guy was dangerous so Joshua did exactly what you'd expect him to do, sit behind his jab, stay out of trouble and wait for the opportunities to present themselves.. I had Ngannnou winning- I believed he had a great chin, but he didn't lol. I thought his chin would get him through a few early rounds with aj and then he'd stop him! • @@MrBarry4652nd fight was close, Joshua did well against possibly the best boxer in the division. If fury can do his usual thing and impose his size on usyk then it could be a bad night for usyk. Fury's gotta do it twice tho before we can even think about getting fury v Joshua. Which is a shame, cos Joshua looks like he's got his head straight at last 👍

    • @@MrBarry465 did you see Usyk’s face in the first fight, 😂 Fury is worse in every way when comparing him to Usyk. Only thing he has is size. Fury will not get through 12 rounds I promise you this.

    • One thing AJ can't change is his chin, he was nearly sparked by old man Vlad, was sparked by Ruize, and would have been sparked by Usyk in the 1st fight if it went another round, Usyk then gave him another beating 2nd fight. AJ has done well and might very well beat Fury, but a fit and focussed Fury could just as well beat AJ. Boxing fans get far too carried away either way on the result of one fight.

    • @@mytmt1613 'old man Vlad' who is acknowledged as being one of the hardest punchers ever and in a fight which happened less than 18 months after fury fought him. Ruiz Jr has dynamite in his hands too and crazy hand speed and caught Joshua with the shot that scrambles your head. Yeah we all question Joshua's chin but it's a lot stronger than we give him credit for.

  • *Critiques of Nngannou, Fury, or AJ - need to chill!* *Styles make fights.* *Fury's Nngannou performance* was no different from *AJ's first Ruiz performance.* Both Fury and AJ underestimated their opponent and picked the wrong style to fight them. Ruiz and Nngannou can both be EASILY outboxed - but you don't want to try and immediately walk them down, bully them, and chase the KO - because they are durable, short, stocky, and explosive fighters - and if you fight them on the inside (like Fury/AJ tried to do in their poor performances), then Ruiz/Nngannou have a good chance of catching you with their shorter, faster, more explosive arms.

  • I think styles makes fights every boxing person knows that, Ngannou proved that. Just because one person smacks him up doesn't mean the other will. I thought Ngannou was perfect for Joshua both sitting ducks then fury who is a more hit and don't get hit fighter. It also doesn't mean Joshua will win the Fury fight. Fury in terms of boxing and moving is closer to Uysk's style which Joshua had soo many problems hitting Usyk in 24 rounds of boxing. Joshua will get a chance to hit Fury and if he does, he better hope Fury stands like Ngannou did waiting to be rocked by that Saiyan Punch.

  • People were told Fury against an MMA guy was an entertainment event. Tommy Morrison even boxed someone out of the crowd and made it look a decent scrap. These things happen. Yet some people though Joshua against Francis was a fight? Why? Fury has helped Joshua and the MMA guy make a ton of money and built back up the Fury/AJ bout. It's either a coincidence. Or genius marketing?
