Why Robert Kiyosaki said “Getting a Job is for Losers” - Alexandra Gonzalez

2022 ж. 26 Там.
104 350 Рет қаралды

In 2018, Robert Kiyosaki went viral for saying, “Getting a job is for losers” in an earlier episode Millennial Money.
Like all generations, we are told, “Go to school and get a job.” Basically, parents are telling children to work for one kind of income: ordinary earned income-the worst kind of income.
Listen as Alexandra breaks down Robert Kiyosaki’s lesson on why getting a job is for losers and why it’s time to challenge your belief system, and question why those who work the hardest pay the highest taxes and stay poor.

  • I< think the difference in this instance is that analysts are stating that we are heading for a DEPRESSION! so this changes everything in the grand scheme of things when talking about possible new ATHs. Great points in your video. I agree and suspect it may be too convenient to think BTC is perfectly correlated to S&P/Nasdaq and Altcoins to BTC. Refreshing to hear reasonable market analysis that takes a bigger picture perspective. So many people are squabbling over timing the exact bottom. That short-term thinking is such a rookie mistake. By dollar cost averaging and holding for several years, it takes the guesswork out. Next bull runs it won't be a huge deal if we bought at 21k or 17k. What will matter is that we are accumulating while the price is relatively low. I'm really holding on for this possible low point reentry, I screwed up some time back & I need this lower point to get back in, I’ve small cash on the sideline I don't like that but I refuse to FOMO in. Our younger investors are scared, they're concerned about what they should do because a lot of them have not been through this before. My advice to them is this, go all out into trading. Trading is where the bucks are been made. I see the stock market, housing values going down, and crypto going up. Traditional markets are getting recked. The new economy is crypto, not fiat. People want truth, not corruption, contracts not monetary easing. Venturing into crypto trading investment has been a turning point for me with the help and tutoring from my investment Advisor Mr.Kyle Miller. With his guides and the trade signal, I use in trading, I have moved from having 5.8 BTC to atop 17.3 BTC in a short period of time. Yes, our parents and grandparents have been living work for money, trust to big institutions, we have watched they lost their jobs... we also seen people lost jobs in 2020 during pandemics. We are responsible to use the Internet tools, grow our businesses, learn how to earn that money works for us and use assets. There is so many people went to college/graduation but ended in jobs they don´t like. "Go to school, get a job, go to college, get a high paid job and wait for "financial freedom" being in DEBT"- BAD ADVICE Believe. Think. Start small. Dream big. First Freedom. Then Rich.

  • i totally understand, who likes a job. but bills and passion never go together. you never know you start making money from your passion from the very day 1 but your job does. people need job to secure themselves. getting and keeping a job will not make anyone loser, who will pay the bills if the business fails, your father? No. so its ok to keep a job and work for your passion alongside. When you start making enough from your passion and consistently, then one can quit their job. If getting a job is for losers then doctors, engineers, teachers are losers but who makes the world better, them.

  • Most people in their lives will have to have earned income so they can save to create passive income through real estate, stocks etc. My point is it is a fallacy that you can just leave school, Uni etc and create passive income. Robert Kyiosaki also had a job with xerox.

  • Great job! I love the video and all that you said. My only suggestion is that you break it up into the different aspects of wealth. Example: Talk about and give examples about why the rich don't pay a lot in taxes. Also shorter videos have more impact! You are going a great job and keep going!

  • So I mean I get what hes saying to a point. But he is aware that for society for function most people must have a job. This is common sense. If everyone tried to create there own business things would not work out. If every cop and fireman refused to work for another person or entity then things would grind to a halt. So I dont know if we should call workers losers. They literally make life possible as we all know it.

    @hillbilly24@hillbilly24 Жыл бұрын
    • Not everyone will possess the drive, ambition or even desire to become one of the "business" or "investor" quadrant participants. Only a small percentage will accomplish it. There will always be the the worker class to support the continuation of society as we know it. In my opinion....

      @bigd3104@bigd3104 Жыл бұрын
    • @@bigd3104 no doubt. My point was that I dont believe in calling these people losers. They are as necessary as there employers are. They should be treated accordingly. I treat my men well because if I dont have them I dont make money. There hard to replace as employees because of there skillset and I am hard to replace as there employer because I pay and treat them well. This relationship is built on mutual respect. I don't consider them losers.

  • I mean,I can quit my job sure….but I’ll then lose everything and not eat. If there’s a magic formula I could use to own rentals and have passive income in my sleep without a catch sure where do I sign? But here where I live you either work or you starve. But yet I know there’s more to life then spending it working. Hopefully one day I can escape the system.

    • Your not meant to quit your job until you have built your side hustle to a point where you can. You run both concurrently, 70, 80, 90hr working weeks. It's a sacrafice most can't do because they make every excuse. Once you have the job you want and the income you need you don't have to spend your life working, you have the flexibility to choose and the quality of life to do what you want.

  • Sadly many young leaders do not see greatness in older but slower workers, my young manager at Stanley Steemer did not see the old reliable me, who at least showed up to work each day happy to help customer, attention spans are worse than my generation, and don't see long term goals but only see what they can get now, take for example a young guy wanting a girlfriend, and the only way is to rent out a hotel for 2k a month. That is not working smart, make your money now, then after, get a girlfriend.

  • School or university does not tell you how to get through a interview. The interviewers are looking if you can fit the firm. One experience I had the interviewer who showed no interest looked fatigued. Just tells me they would rather be somewhere else, there is no guarantee. I also saw online websites telling people how to survive working long hours at work, from eating breakfast at work and even eating your evening meal there. If your camping out in the workplace for long hours years on end, you miss out on becoming rich.
