Great example of the multi-tiered justice system. I watched the full body cam the other day and I thought to myself that by the time they actually handed her a ticket, just about anyone else would already be spreading their cheeks in county jail. Just about anybody else acted that way to a cop, they'd get a new mud hole stomped into their rear and would be facing multiple felonies.

In my State, 15+ over the speed limit is considered Aggressive Driving and is a misdemeanor crime. She should be charged.

Geez.... I almost got in real trouble for pulling over a quarter mile away from where I got lit up for speeding (pulling into the nearest parking lot, because there was no shoulder on a busy road). She was lucky.

Just imagine how many people could be behind bars because she lied about evidence. If she knows the laws more than the officer then she clearly knows she broke the law.

I think cops should be far less lenient against people who break the law and try to pull rank to get out of it. Like drunken police chiefs and especially DA's and judges.

She needs to be fired and charged for this. The police officer who went to her house needs to be reprimanded as well for not doing his job. Disregard about the officer. I typed that before the video progressed to it.
Bad day or not. You were speeding. Be an adult, pull over,except your ticket. Don't act like you're above everyone and the law. She should not be in her job anymore.

I have no problem with this I believe it's completely okay she did nothing wrong. If she did do something wrong why does Alvin Bragg who also lives in New York state get to be above the law and try to enforce a punishment that is past the statute of limitations on the former president of the United States. If that cop who probably doesn't understand absolutes said that no one is above the law Alvin Bragg is allowing criminals to run rampant throughout New York City.
