Kamilla Cardoso and Angel Reese are getting a crash course in professional basketball as Chicago Sky training camp opens just weeks after their NCAA tournament runs

I loved her brashness last year w/ her Caitlin Clark satire movement, and then talking about it w/ the announcers......barging in and getting a chair herself when there was no room for her at the TV table. I bet the TV floor director / grip / assistant / felt like an idiot after that happened.....not anticipating having a spare chair for her.

The way angel positions, her body to get open shots for herself is incredible and her rebound in already off the charts. You can see in this video the rebounding crazyyyy keep working angel you got this

Angel Reese is already one of the very best rebounders in the league. Running a high low set with the 2 of them surrounded by excellent 3 point shooters should be very effective.

@@Juke582 Angel Reese started the same game that you saw Cardoso come off the bench to play in. Reese was in early foul trouble and still ended up with 9 rebounds. Even before the pre-season game I knew that Reese is already one of the very best rebounders in the league.

Coach Yo of Ole Miss said Reese's WILL is what sets her apart from everyone else, in a contest of will, Reese will outwill her opponent and i have studied her game and understand why even though she cannot shoot, she will dominate in every team she plays because she has the drive and a mentality that can even make her coach a shooter even though she can't get shoot.
She can shoot tho, she was the 1wing out of hs and only went to college to play a different position
Apparently you didn't study her game because you wouldn't have said she can't shoot. Go watch some real footage of her in HS and you would see she was shooting mid to 3pt range shots. When she got to college they made her more of a rim player. That's because of her height and her ability to recover for quick put back shots. She's also good at blocking shots that goes along with her ability to rebound.

@@CoffeeShopChatter when I say Reese can't shoot I don't mean she has never shoot before, in 2-3 games, how many times does she shoot? And makes it? Because of her resilience she can do anything she sets her mind to do, it's just like me saying Clark cannot defend or Clark doesn't know how to rebound, are there not times that Clark defended someone or in a game and did it well, sure but is Clark consistent, NO. Does Clark rebound once in a while in games, YES, does she do it in every game and is Clark good at rebounding, NO. So when I say Reese can't shoot doesn't mean she hasn't done it before or doesn't do it once in awhile.

She use to shoot them in HS. Her ability to play how she does around the rim negates her having to shoot a 3pt shot. She post people up to draw the defense that allows the 3pt shooters their opportunity.

I don't watch WNBA often but I will say that I expect the Chicago Sky to be very competitive this 2024 season. I expect this team to be in the post season this season. They will go through some growing pains but they will be a force for years to come. Theresa Weatherspoon is coaching the team a smart hire. I grew up watching Weatherspoon play with the Liberty. A good point guard and she knows how to facilitate

It is nice to see Isabelle Harrison out there all healed up. With her, Elizabeth Williams and the two new rookies. The Sky front court is going to be tough. That gravity pass from Harrison to Reese in the paint was sick.

You do realize they are not gonna show us the whole practice we don’t know what she does other than these two minute clips y’all need to chill Angels in good hands with great coaches that’s gonna get her right people like you who just demand shit it doesn’t mean you’re gonna get it we know she can shoot we know she can it’s just we have to see if this coach can get her back to her old ways faster Because I mean she was stuck at the five for two years. Her coach didn’t want her to shoot shit, so yeah of course she’s gonna be rusty when you don’t work on your craft you’ll lose it sometimes and reese always will have that in her. she just Has to develop it back. I mean you saw her checking all those threes online and those jump shots that she did her ball handling. She has it in her. She just needs the right coach to bring it out of her and mulkey was not that coach teaspoons that coach for the people like myself. You have watched her since high school knows what she’s capable of and all these new fans hear that so she can’t shoot she can’t do nothing they don’t watch her so.
