Why didn't she tell her obstetrician/pregnancy care provider about her feelings of despair? They should have known about it and done tests.

No I just looked it up there are many things that you could utilize in the Royal circle, they're not assholes there are plenty of programs if you reach out to one of the royal family members if you are suffering that badly and you are seriously suffering that badly, there are numerous programs around London and other parts of the United Kingdom where you could actually go in the palace will pay for it, this is for working people footman butlers, and she is married to the royal family the family is already automatically presented with options there was also a small clinic within I believe Buckingham Palace where you can go and you can register to see a therapist psychologist the b****** lying.
