If he tells you to spar this really nice gentle guy named Superbon, be very careful.
true hahaaa
Theres another really nice gent who goes by the name nongo
I was lucky enough to have 2 sessions with him when I was living in Thailand. This was about 6 years ago before he was famous. I believe he was still fighting himself and only training part time. He swept and kicked and hit me so many times I felt like I had been in an actual bout by the time we were done. He's a really cool guy though. Looks like his English is improving as he didn't speak hardly any at all when I trained with him.
cheers!!
cool🙏🏽💯
@@MMAShredded what happened with the camera? its kind of blurry
Yessir! I would love to see you hook up with Sylvie while you're out there!
@@orangefield2308don't you heard at the beginning of the video?
That looks exhausting and at the same time really fun. Trainer Gae is amazing and really entertaining to watch. What a guy.
had such a great time!
I agree with earlier comments....you have some great stamina. That training session will live with you forever.
thank you!!
He just sparred 5 rounds with SAENCHAI 2 hours previous to this session. Jeff is a beast.

:)))
That was seriously very impressive. Great session and your stamina is crazy good. Till the end so much power in your kicks and strikes. Very motivating to watch.
thanks man!!
Damn Jeff your strikes seem to be getting reallly powerful lately! Not sure if your recent muay thai training (in the last couple of months) is the first time going to Thailand to do so. But it looks like it's paying dividends. Nice work!
thanks brother!!
You're blessed!
thx!
This is so cool!!! I'm amazed how good is your stamina!!! Congratulations Jeff!!
thanks bro!!!
Much respect! Love the hard work and uploads! 💪🔥

Watching KRU Gae pad always is as fun as watching the fighter he’s holding for-you just know ur in for a rough but fun session! Looking real strong on the pads Jeff!

I really enjoyed watching this. It was very informational to me 👍
:)
Gae seems like the best trainer in the world Ruthless and steeled And very supportive and decent man Fun to watch - looked like a very good session by both
definitely!!
Yeeeeee, I've been waiting for this!
:))
VERY impressive. Always GREAT content.
thanks for watching!
Jeff you make really cool videos. Thank you.
thanks brother I appreciate the feedback!
Super interesting and fun video, Jeff!
thx man!!
Awesome trainer, awesome trainning. Good job Chan keep it up!
thank you!
Proper SHT right there bro, thanks.
cheers!
Funnily enough, I feel like the blur helps to keep track of some of the stance changes and other finer points, because it emphasises the movements more. Always useful watching good pad work. Wish we had more coaches here in the Philippines who were comfortable with more advanced training.
LOLOLOL those skip knees to horizontal got me every time.
the best teacher ever, thank you Jeff (:
:)
Awesome! and your punches and kicks are impressive, powerful!
thx!
kudos, you squeezed those last minutes out like a true champ. well done
thanks!!
Nice Training Jeff, was wandering when your next fight is
thanks man!
Very Impressive Training Session 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻
:)
As one of your occasional critics, you look really good man! That guy tosses, sweeeps and tricks EVERYONE.
Omg this is the crossover we all needed!!
:))
So intense 💪🏽💪🏽

That training session looked intense. Really good to watch.

thanks man!!
Must be such an awesome experience! 🔥🔥🔥
thank you!!
Man, you are in excelent shape! Tirainer Gae is a beast!
thanks man!
Training with you both would be a treat. Looked super fun!
:)
Hey Jeff! regarding shutter speed, to make sure it doesn't happen again, always check to see if the shutter speed is above 1/50 before shooting, most likely what happened was one of the dials got bumped and brought it down to 1/25 or something. Hope that helps! :)
thanks for your help man!!
@@MMAShredded on the bright side, the motion blur makes you look very fast 😅
great video thanks great trainer
thanks for watching!
Grande impegno continua cosi 💪❤️
cheers!
Good trainers will always know how much you have left when you're tired and find ways to extract every ounce of energy out of you ... amazing to train with him
true!!
That sumo at the end. Made me smile.
haha!
Hi Jeff, love the videos, learnt a lot from them. I have a question. I'm 23, I started training muay thai about 8 months ago, its going pretty good i'd say. At my gym a usual training is as follows: warmup, stretching, 8-10 rounds of technique, 2-3 rounds of clinch, 2-3 rounds of abs, stretch again. But we RARELY ever spar, and I find myself in a weird position when we eventually do it for a couple rounds, since i'm not used to it. This bothers me a lot, I asked the main coach about it and he said that we clinch because we suck at clinching, so we have to practice that (which imo is a very bad reason), but this was months ago. I love the vibes and the training itself at this gym, but i'd love to spar more to become more experienced. What would you suggest? Would you suggest me to go to another gym?
You could definitely visit another gym and see what it is like. I am a big believer in cross training and checking out what's out there. I personally love sparring so I wouldn't be able to stay at a gym too long with no sparring!
Very entertaining! God bless
thank you!
Damn Jeff, used to watching you light spar, sometimes I forget how hard you can crack when you want to 😂 great stuff
:) thanks bro!!
Dam jeff, u been a savage since u been training in thailand lol They go hard there, no wonder their champions. this is like 200% effort. Wow he is so good at stimulating all the angles too. The flying knees. Def world class muay thai trainer.
Nothing like a good leg sweep after you doing ten roundhouse kicks to complement you for a job well done.
cheers!
Love watching trainer Gae on KZhead shorts too ! Haha be incredible to have a training session under Gae
osss
Oh bro...I wish I was there with you lah...I am in Hap Yai for a few days, tomorrow back to Malaysia...great spirit with Trainer Gae!!!
cheers!!
That looks like a great workout! 👍
:)
I love this guy. He seems like he is such a dope dude
he is!!
"I dont like sorry, I like better" Love it!
oss
I love the power you gave towards the middle on the vid. Got harder 🗿
thanks!!
Those squat holds to finish! Savage. Reminded me of my kung fu training as a teenager; horse stance for minutes on end with a bar bell across the forearms. Horrible😂
hahaha!
Hey Jeff, first of all i really love your videos and appreciate your effort of making these videos. I don't know if you are going to see this but in regards to your camera problem, your shutter speed of the camera should be double the frame per second you are recording. Meaning if you are recording in 25 fps the shutter speed should be 1/50 and if you are recording in 30 fps your shutter speed should be 1/60. Hope this helps and i would like to thank you again for your amazing contents that you put out for free 😊 it helped me big time in my muay thai journey wish you all the best 🎉
thank you for the info I will def fix my settings!!!!
Damn that tornado kick was clean!
:)
Not so long ago, I switched from regular boxing to Muay Thai, and sometimes I have to skip training because after a lot of blows, bruises appear on my shins and feet, and they hurt a lot. How do you recover your shins and feet after such sessions? Just need time to stuff and strengthen? or are you doing something extra?
That’s Awesome!!!👍
:)
Wow. Intense and fancy. Coach Game is the best. And you did a great job.... Just wow
thank you!!
Some power just after the half
Awesome! What would you say is the value in getting swept during padwork? Does it keep you sharper with technique? More focused? Just curious thanks!
its just realistic because you never know when you will get swept in a real fight. He also threw punches and kicks which I was able to block but didn't see the sweeps coming haha
7:52 So effective. You're dying, yet indebted.
Dayum dude you did this AFTER sparring with Saenchai!? Beast.
haha yeah I was pretty tired!
Don't be sorry be better is a great life lesson 💪
cheers!
Hey Jeff awesome video. Do you live in Thailand or just visiting?
I visit often! thanks you!
Holding thai pads that long is not that easy, mega props to Trainer Gae also! Shoulders of steel.
That Superman Punch was lit!
thanks for watching!
Your power and endurance looks crazy.
thank you!!
How is your cardio going ? How many pulse by minute do you have ? In rest I mean
He was impressed with you. Looked like a lot of fun and it was funny to watch. Embrace the pain.;)
thank you!
Hi Jeff, I just wanted to let you know that using an higher shutter speed you will get rid of that weird motion blur so we can focus more on the movements and track even the fastest blows
thank you man I will try to fix that!!!
@@MMAShredded very nice! The rule of thumb is to set it to always the double of your frame rate and even a bit more, happy to help! 👊
You're a great fighter my brou 🎉😎🎶🔥🤙🏼 México 🇲🇽🙌🏼
thanks bro!
Nice tornado kicks. Trainer Gae has good sweeping techniques. That's some Jackie Chan training there at the end.
thanks !!!
His pad work is so different and fun it seemed like a great experience
bro it was awesome!!!!
@@MMAShredded if I ever go back to Bangkok I need to try it
Este vídeo el de saenchai brutales, un cordial saludo Jeff❤️😈💪
thanks for watching!!
