3 medium zucchini
5 eggs
5 tablespoons of Parmigianno
salt
extra virgin olive oil
parsley
250 g philadelphia or other cream cheese
200 g cooked ham
If by any chance you do not want to eat cooked ham because you are vegetarian or for religious reasons, you can also not put it and maybe add other vegetables of your choice or thinly sliced tomatoes.
