I hope sometime we get a story about Pietro surviving at some point, if just so that more can be done with him. Undoing his death alone would have led to a very different path for Wanda and if any of the MCU cast could benefit from a What If episode it's him.

What if... Quicksilver was faster? 🤔🤔
I love this idea (especially when we consider what X-Men does with Quicksilver) but from what we've seen all 'What If' content comes with some cost, like with Dr Strange Supreme. So this could be taken as "What if Quicksilver never saved Hawkeye." or a "What if Wanda died instead". Either way I would love if we got something that used Quicksilver more

Maybe they worked on seasons 2 and 3 at the same time to avoid another lengthy gap.
It's cool that Stan keeps coming back to voice Winter Soldier. He has said he loves the character, because Bucky is fundamentally on honorable and patriotic warrior that was poisoned and had to find himself again - when the brainwashing and terrible deeds would have left most people crushed and defeated. Plus, he's one of the MCU's most creative supersoldiers in terms of combat tactics. This allows him to punch above his weight in tough encounters.

The voice is probably AI generated based on Stan's voice, not Stan directly voicing. Most of the voices in season 2 sounded like it also

One thing I love about Bucky is his consistency to stand on business in every universe. He's the only Avenger who's always ready to smoke the opps.

Season 3 could definitely benefit from more Bucky. He appeared in season 1 and 2 but barely had any lines and his appearances felt like a cameo. Would love to see more Bucky, more Spidey, and Blade show up in an episode. More OG Hulk too.
meh. Bucky is cool, but he wasnt a cameo, like cmon. He just mostly is this silent guy + sometimes he also appears as winter soldier, so he almost doesnt speak at all then. But he DEFINETELY wasnt a cameo. He is major part of few episodes - Zombies, 80s Avengers vs Ego, Captain Carter vs Hydra Stomper even sees him evolve from first ep to second as good Alexander Pierce type figure

I'm so glad that Marvel is putting so much time and effort into What If...? It's the kind of show that can go on forever, as long as the writing is good. My only complaint is that episodes are kinda short, meaning you skip out on character building and emotional impact in order to get to the action. But it's still very entertaining!
How much is marvel paying you to say these things?
@@TheStoicNinja lol I wish. Well, it's not on the highest shelf of great content, but it's enjoyable enough - for me at least - to keep watching. I think a show like Scavengers Reign is much better. What if...? is more like a solid Saturday morning cartoon, that you don't care if you miss, but you want to watch it if it's there.

I LOVE this series. My only complaint is that the episodes seem small. I wish they were 45-50 minutes long episodes so that we could get more character bits. Specially when characters like Happy and Kahhori are being explored, I wanna get to know them more so that I can root for them.
Yeah especially since these episodes have some additional world building that could use the extra time to flesh out the details more
Yes right man. But didn't you think that Kahhori is little bit to overpowered. Means like she has ability of teleport through multivers (she send all characters to their univers), she can fight easily with all infinity stone, she can run fast like a speedster and what we know about her other powers. I think marvel should have focus on character development little bit carefully. At last I really excited to see MCU loki in this like watcher show carter and us that tree.

I prefer this series over the movies now, i feel like this is done well enough. The voice acting is done well, animations is spot on.
I know I shouldn't be rooting for the Winter Soldier but I am absolutely THRILLED we are getting more Bucky/Winter Solider! He has such an amazing character/story arc and I hope Marvel keeps giving the fans more and more of his story!!! I would LOVE a What if or even a spin off series of what Bucky did after CATWS and right before the events of Civil War! There are endless possibilities! Please Marvel make this happen!!
This show really proved that people still like marvel and even new characters, you just have to introduce them in the correct way and connect different movies like episodes of a single show. Loki and What if singlehandedly showed more multiverse than the entire saga
I am so hyped for season 3 already, bring it on! This show has really inspired so many different ideas and possibilities for how the MCU could grow and change and there is almost no limit to it. I also hope we get to see the "Marvel Zombies" series that uses the same animation as What If. Like if you can't wait for both. Lets also hope season 3 doesn't take as long as season 2 did.
Could be entirely wrong but heard they animated both seasons around the same time so they can do a summer drop, if so that would be sick

SO glad they're making a season 3. The showrunners and writers have really hit their stride with season 2 and I can only assume it'll keep getting better as they further refine their process

The term I use is “Official Fan Fics” for when companies make something that feels more like a Fan Fiction (in a good way). Like the Citadel DLC for Mass Effect 3. What If…? definitely falls under that category.

Season 2 is absolute garbage compared to season one, you are not very intelligent
"What If" is probably my favorite part of the MCU right now. I can't wait to see what they do with the next season. I do regret that season 2 didn't have the same team up opportunity that season 1 had, instead opting to just let season 2 have more of a sequel vibe to season 1 instead of a fresh crossover, but individually the stories were awesome.

Excited for a season 3. I don’t think season 2 was perfect but still enjoyed most of it. I hope that we get longer episodes with maybe a few less if needed. Some of the what if stories are super fun and just want more time with them both in general and just to give the stories the time they need to develop.

@@carlosgarcia-pd4wqmost of them had stale storylines and felt like a Saturday night cartoon episode. The only one that has some sort of quality is the hela episode. The rest are junks. Season 1 was has way better stories and characters.
I have a what if comic that's What If Thor was raised by Frost Giants, it's basically a switch of cannon, where Laufey adopts and raises Thor instead of Odin adopting Loki, it would be kind of cool to see a What if episode of that.
I'm really liking the red guardian's energy hes so fun lol.
Always cool concepts, I just wish that character movements were more expressive, and that there wasn’t a distinct difference between shots where characters talk and only move their heads slightly, and shots where big movements happen
My ideal What If episode: - Hydra is doing deep sea operations during World War Two and this harms Talokan so Namor reveals himself to the surface decades early. After initially fighting Cap, Namor and Cap form the MCU’s version of The Invaders consisting of them, Bucky, the Human Torch (teased in the First Avenger), Dottie Underwood’s Black Widow (from the Agent Carter show), a young Isaiah Bradley, and a couple others
As long as the MCU continues, so should more seasons of What If...? The possibilities are endless! And yes, Bucky and Alexei having a road trip is something I never thought we need.

I hope David Harbour is voicing Red Guardian this episode. I love him as Hopper in Stranger Things, and he was one of the highlights of Black Widow.

Something tells me this episode could be called "What if the Winter Soldier and the Red Guardian Teamed Up?".
I enjoyed all of season 2’s episodes. Not one of them disappointed me. And now I’m excited for season 3, a less scruffy Red guardian being hilarious and an ever stoic Bucky 😂. What if is just a masterpiece in the MCU, so many friendships, character development and encounters I never thought I would enjoy
You have very poor taste then. S2 was mostly awful and pointless.
I was satisfied with most of season 2 except for the finale. I wanted a Corpsman Nebula, Freak, Sakaaran Iron Man, Captain Carter, Kahhori and All Mother Hela crossover. The 80s Avengers could have their own show.

I agree on the Hela episode, it was very rushed and could’ve been great! I think Hela should’ve taken the lead role in season 2 over Captain Carter. As Hela is physically powerful AND actually magical.

The Hela Episode was OK, and that's it. They shouldn't have done Odin like that. 1602 was amazing but ultimately ruined because they put all the focus on "Captain carter"

What if ideas!!!! I'll start first. What if Thor landed in Wakanda? Thor was banished from Asgard, sent away to Midgard, also known as earth. Thor landed in the desert, where he would find the soul mate, Jane Foster, bur what if he went a different path. A path that would lead him to a kingdom of great technological advancement. What if he landed in Wakanda?
I'm just happy to get more Bucky. They did so little with him.

Season 2 Episode 9 And At The End Of Episode 9 Really Surprised Me, Everything In The End Becomes Connected With Loki From Season 2 Of course There Are Lots Of Easter Eggs In Episode 9 And I Can't Wait To See Easter Egg Discussions From This Channel Or Other Channels But I Will Listen From Many Sources First And Still All The Episodes From Season 2 Are So Very Good Super Good And Lots Of Easter Eggs And MCU Will Have Many Ideas For Making New Movies

@@freddyfaerie3499 No. The Tony and Gamora episode was supposed to be in Season 1, but aired in S2. this Bucky & Red Guardian episode was supposed to be in Season 2, but got pushed to Season 3, according to the writer on Twitter. That's why they're showing footage from it: it's mostly been animated and voiced.

Very excited for this new season of Marvel’s What If! I loved the first two seasons and I can’t wait to see this one.
What if is the best treat for true marvel fans. We can watch our heroes passing their limits which they can't in live action as continuous story goes. We can see what we had wanted from marvel. We can see our ig avengers interacting with themselves Love to see their gossips and usual fight they face in different days. Its like watching their whole stories going on. That's why I just loved the what if ep 8 . It was totally feeling like avengers movie where all avengers gathered.
I look forward to this with great anticipation.
