My theory is that all shadows including nightmare are made of pain and agony. Since toy bonnie caused the bite of 87 the pain and agony formed into a shadow of toy bonnie basically a ghost. Shadow freddy is made out of the killing incident since he is formed like withered golden freddy which mainly Cassidy possesses and it caused pain and agony for shadow freddy to form. Nightmare is like a form of a withered fredbear and since fredbear caused the bite of 83 the pain and agony caused nightmare to form. Most people think they are accidental deaths but nightmare is the evidence that they are wrong if I have to be honest myself.. but I respect your theory :)

My theory for shadow Bonnie is that there was 1 more incident at Fredbears before shutting down for good. There was a head in the backroom mini game in FNAF 4 that looked like toy Bonnie but gold. A performer was performing for the kids but William had sabotaged the suit and the spring locks snapped shut killing him. All the negative energy, the hatred, mixed with his soul manifested into shadow Bonnie. The reason he is the guardian of the remnant in FNAF AR is because he can't let William get anymore. And the reason why he appears in FNAF 2 is because Toy Bonnie is just nothing but a burning reminder of how he died. As for Shadow Freddy I believe Cassidy kicked The crying child out of The Fredbears suit and The crying child manifested into shadow Freddy.

Although this theory is great and I wish it were true it can’t be. It can’t be the bite victim’s spirit because not only does the bite of 87’ victim survive based on phone guy’s “it’s amazing that the human body can live without the frontal lobe line” from Fnaf 1, but the bite of 87’ happens (presumably to Jeremy) during the dayshift after night 6. So if this theory was correct then Shadow Bonnie wouldn’t exist until night 7 after the bite occurs and the victim dies, however he does which contradicts this. I like the idea of this theory though because you could also say that shadow freddy is the Crying child’s spirit which would actually solve both of their existences
