Thank you for this. Last night I watched this for the first time and then I breathed, lifted, and expanded, and in the middle of the night, I awakened to a beautiful, white angel in my room. She didn't leave until the sun came up. Thank you Suzanne.
I seen an angel or being? I remember the angel didn't have wings, thinking much later no wings seemed odd. I was not scared of "it" and told "it" to go away, I was not ready to go. I've been on a chemo medicine and lately felt terrible. It faded away, was a white veiled figure and showed itself just a side view. While I meditate, I invite it back and apologized for my bad manners, apologize and say, "I just thought you were the grim reaper" So far it has not, but I feel it will.

I have been doing Suzanne's paid for meditations for Medium training the past week. I have no real burning desire to become a Medium, but just to have a stronger connection to my Higher Self/Source etc. These are the deepest meditations I have experienced, regardless of the "Medium" connection, and they all incorporate the techniques she explains here. ... I have to say this is the most grounded, relaxed, confident, guided and loved I have felt in my adult life, and all in less than 7 days................... I,m serious, the meditations feel like they are healing me at a soul level, so much fear and gunk has been transmuted it is amazing. Thank you so much Suzanne.

I agree, needing to protect oneself from "evil" spirits is senseless. There are no evil spirits. There are only evil-thoughts in us that project out as evil spirits. If you are the light, there is no evil. No need for protection.
Hi Suzzane I never knew anything about soul...afterlife...un till I lost my Dad and Mom. I am an aviation professional....fully scientific minded...but this realization breaks all barriers... I watched this video last night then downloaded the app and did the 20 minute meditation. I saw a very clear movie play out behind my eyes that lasted longer than any of the other ones. I was able to observe following a uhaul truck south down the highway. Then it crashed through the railing. I saw water and I new the sun was setting. My husband had a long drive today. When he got to where he was going he texted me. Something told me to tell him so I told him to stay away from uhaul pick ups.🤣 after dark he still wasn't headed home I thought I made it all up. Turn on youtube and there it was. A massive chase of a uhaul van in Miami which is a few hours south of me. The van crashes into the sidewall after a pit in the evening by water. This is the first time I have ever been able to do clairvoyance at my desire. It has always been sporadic to never. This works and Suzanne is amazing. Namaste'

My beloved son , age 40 , passed just 11 days ago . We cleared his belongings from his room in the care home he lived in . We left his kettle , thinking it would be of use to others . The next day our kettle blew all the lights out , i think he was saying ...you should have had mine . My heart is broken .

I'm so relieved to hear this! You don't have to quiet your mind to connect with ancestors guides. Yay! I'm really wanting to learn to quiet my thoughts so I can hear more from Spirit world. Is ringing in the left ear a form of communication?I'm thinking yes, It is a gift,sense.I do know how to connect. I see visuals in forms of portals open with colors like chakras, vibrating shapes colors, I've seen people animals several times no places or words yet. I guess we all see visualization uniquely. I'm new to all this! Before awakening I was drawn to Long Island Medium show, healing the human experience. My journey has just started as I lost someone really close to my heart. He was trying to teach me self love and how to stop being broken by my relationships. He tried to guid me to this journey. It’s sad, I feel like he was only in my life to guid me into this journey of enlightenment, but I believed he was going to be my knight and shinning armor. I feel him so close to me, but I have so many questions for him. His presence is so powerful, but I think I’m blocking him from connecting with me because I can’t forgive myself for not telling him how much I loved him, and all the regrets of time I didn’t have with him. I’m not going to give up, but I feel I was lead to your channel. Thank you for your guidance.
Hi Breanna, I used to feel this kind of regret and had also thought that once they were gone it was too late to tell them things. But it isn't. Just think of him and think "to him" everything you want to say. He already knows, really. He really does. I see him wrapping his arms around you, trying to comfort you. I've trained recently in opening up clairs and am moving into more studies for mediumship myself, as there are some I want to communicate with in ways I'm still not able to. But I can scan energies and I see him there with you. The vibe is warm and loving. He already knows what is in your heart. I've lost someone just 6 days ago myself. When I "tune in" I can feel he is here. I know he is. Still, I'm having a hard time with the physicality between us no longer being possible. It has to be ok to be sad about that difference as that is something our physical vehicles afford us: that contact and touch, sound, and sight of each other. It's hard for me as well, to be without that right now. But, as for your guy, this one to guide you and show you something, he's still there. Closer than you've perhaps thought. Like, really, I see him right behind you, his cheek resting on top of your head, arms wrapped around your shoulders, hands clasped together at your upper chest. Do your best to breath deeply, and center as much as you can. You'll feel him. It doesn't mean it will stop hurting right away, but you can tap into the soft energy that he is in his presence with you right now. His energy is really quite nice. Hugs.

Hey, you said you feel him so close. Tell him everything you want to tell him. He is really there and trust me, he knows.what you are feeling. You call him and that's why he comes. Telling him will give you the release you need but trust that he KNOWS how much you love him
I have lost my loved one 5 days ago.. I fell in love with him when i was 16 now i'm 35 .. I want to connect to him ..i could'nt talk to him last time ..i want to talk to him
I am in the same situation. Just today i calmed myself out of the sadness and I felt a shift in my heart and felt his love enter it. I felt him beside me.
Thank you so much. I feel people passing. Right now there are many but they are not suffering prior to death, like those that passed in 2011 for example. I also feel Souls when people speak of their loved ones that have passed. I couldn’t hear them though or so I thought. I recently realized with strangers that I am saying things in a way their loved ones would have said it for example ( things I would never say surprising even myself). I Will try this as I think this is the knowledge that I needed for the rest to come. I hope I can be if help. I use to speak with them ( my mother said Îd speak as if someone was with me) as a child but forgot how due to life stresses for many years. I asked for guides to help me with this and came upon your videos. Gratefulness is a big part of receiving as is Faith once you’ve asked. Fear is the opposite of Faith. Thank you for being sent on my journey.
Your logical mind talked you away from that connection but it's always there. I love this and yes, you can connect back to it and help people especially in this time. They need it now more than ever

I watched one of your videos and you were wearing a silver-gray turtleneck as I was watching you a perfectly shaped heart appeared to me from your chest ( the kind you draw when sending love) When It went away I went back to look again and it wasn't there but I can still see it in my mind. I have never had this happen before. I know I am in the perfect place watching you.

I recently had 2 experiences that showed me my brother-in-law, who passed away 1 1/2 years ago of a blood clot after a hip replacement. I asked for a sign as soon as he knew I was asking for his presence. One time, as I was asking, I heard a bing from a text and it was from my sister! In the other one, I asked for family healing so my sisters and I would become closer like we used to be before I got very sick from breast implants and mold. She called and left a message within 5 minutes! I’m trying to connect to my mom, who passed in 2005, but she must be in a very high realm! Thank you, Suzanne!! Now I’m in desperate need of an energy healer or medical intuitive for both my son and I. 🏥

Hello Suzanne.. I came across your channel while i was searching for a way to heal my grief after the loss of my boyfriend of 16 years early this year. Your impressive qualifications and the intriguing way of how you found your calling to mediumship has made quite an impression on me. Since childhood (around 12 yo), I have had so many spiritual and supernatural experiences which some people find unbelievable with their eyes rolling. I am 63 now and just a few days ago, I have had that experience of being in another dimension surrounded by spirits and even asking them if they can see me and also telling them that I can see them. After going over this video "BLESS ME" and you mentioning about the spirit world just outside of our physical space, I can say that it gave validations to the various dreams or experiences I've had. I even had dreams seeing my boyfriend on the other side 2 times while he was still in the hospital and telling him he needs to go back because it isn't his time yet. He was in the hospital for 3 weeks due to a heart attack and had to have surgery. The nurses were telling me that he is almost always on code-blue everyday. But when we had to finally set him free of his physical pain, I saw him in my dream, walking towards me (he was on the other side of a screened door with a happy smile) but i told him, sorry I cannot talk with you right now because I am busy finalizing your funeral arrangements. So Suzanne, your experiences and your teachings have clearly been an inspiration and I am so grateful that i can use them as a guide to develop my line of communication with God, our higher self, our spirit guides and our loved ones who has transitioned on. I have been doing this every day recently and asking what I need to know right now. I have a broken shoulder that hasn’t been healing right and it has hurt for over 4 1/2 months. I was going to physical therapy but got sick from Lyme treatments, so I haven’t been able to make it lately. Twice I had a twinge in my shoulder, and it dawned on me that maybe the guides were trying to tell me to go back to PT and work on my arm (using my body as a tool!), before I start the nasty Lyme antibiotics again. Thank you, because I wouldn’t have even thought of this! 🙏💕💫

I am taking that as a sign that I am where I need to be I really love the way you teach, it’s really great how you explain things in detail , this is definitely your life’s calling 😊 I’m happy to have bumped into your KZhead channel, I just lost my husband suddenly and unexpectedly two weeks ago, my love of my life “twin flame” and “soul mate” the better half of myself I should say. He was 51 his birthday is in 2 days November 15, I am 34 years old. He passed on Oct 25, during a “Scorpio partial eclipse” and being that he himself was a Scorpio I just feel like it was something supernatural and not coincidence. My husband is the most positive person I’ve ever met I was lost and broken before we met, (I say he IS and not WAS because he is still here I feel him in little ways, the only difference is I am embodied and he is not anymore.) I was content with being alone at that moment in time when we met but something awoke inside of us both and it was a feeling of being complete, I felt fulfilled and whole and protected and safe and I felt I had found my way home, if that makes sense. I also felt as though I had purpose for the first time and a beautiful feeling of wanting to live our life to the absolute fullest possible extent, not just for me but for him as well he was always mirroring all of my feelings, emotions, desires, etc…. It was only 3 years but again it was such a familiar feeling!! being together just felt so comforting and familiar like we had known each other for an eternity. Very profound intense love for each other, and then all of a sudden he was just gone and I am not sure what to do it’s lead me on a spiritual journey because I must push forward for myself but also for him, he was always my biggest fan always cheering me on telling me I could do anything and everything I wanted , he saw potential in me that I didn’t even see in myself some days, we gave thanks to god and the universe and everything that is light and love for bringing us together everyday we gave thanks to be able to open our eyes and wake up next to each other to live another beautiful day… even during our most difficult times we were so grateful and felt so blessed that we hardly noticed any type of struggle we were enduring. I am grateful to have even had 1 day with him but at the same time I will never understand why he was taken from me. As soon as I felt true love and pure joy and peace it was taken from us both. All he wanted was to live , All we truly wanted was to get started on trying to have a baby we had an appointment with my doctor to discuss in-vitro, it was a surprise. I’m sure he knew though. He had liver issues but it was crazy the way it spiraled out of control so fast! I hold a lot of resentment towards the hospital and staff but I’m pretty sure that is normal and to be expected, although I probably should hire a lawyer. As you can probably tell my mind is all over the place. I’m heartbroken over the loss of my best friend and love, but it must be for some bigger purpose that I just can’t comprehend right now, the universe just can’t be this cruel. It’s been 2 weeks and as close as we are I haven’t been visited yet, I’m pretty sure me being devastated and hysterical doesn’t help much, I try to calm down but he is on my mind 247, we were inseparable before and after the pandemic, it was always that way. I look forward to watching more of your videos and learning how to meditate and fully submerge and surrender to relaxation, love, light and and lift my vibrations to a higher frequency to allow an absolute open heart and soul to communicate with my dear hubby, my spirit guides, my loved ones, and to sit back and enjoy my journey through acceptance and accession! I notice negative thoughts and sad emotions cause low vibrations and that is where the fear lives! Sorry for the very long rant in your comment section! I have tried to get answers during meditations as to why my son had to become disabled as a result of the surgery to remove his brain tumor 27 yrs. ago when he was 13 yrs. old. I have tried and tried and all I see is the backside of my eyelids. And I don't think I get any info from Higher Consciousness either. I KNOW we are all aspects of the Creator, all are connected, some in physical in this now moment and some not in physical. I have made notes and will try the BLESS ME method. Thank you for all you have contributed to others here in physical, and non-physical, at this time. You are one of the most genuine teachers I have had to pleasure to come across. THANK YOU

I just did the meditation. I asked to receive a sign and it started raining. It literally rained for 30 seconds and stopped. Also asked for my dad to send me a yellow rose and you started speaking of roses. I still will wait for a yellow rose.

I've been practicing Andrew Weil's 4/7/8 breathing technique for a few months now. (Inhale for 4, hold for 7, exhale for 8.) Now I understand its effects more deeply. What a marvelous video, Suzanne. But I got the most profound message 2 weeks later and it was all I needed. 2nd didn't come to me but to someone else. I recently put the whole story on my channel because I felt people needed some hope. We just had our 2nd wave of covid

So I suppose the implication here is that those who wound up in concentration camps, little girls and boys who were raped, those in dire poverty, and so on didn't pick up on their guides and deceased loved ones. Suzanne seems to be implying that the guides were around, but all those unfortunate people were not attuned to them, did not register the signs that were given. Had they acknowledged the signs, the logic goes, they would have escaped their misfortune (unless one claims that death itself may have been the blessing, an invitation into a realm far beyond what Earth can offer). My feeling is that while guides may protect one, we either don't pick up on their signals, and their protection has various faces. For example, a guide may point you in the direction of material wealth or material assistance (if you're on the verge of financial collapse), but your guide may also not do it. In other words, the guide sometimes lets "bad things" happen that you may learn and grow spiritually. Yes, according to the guide, you may need to undergo poverty - and that would be a form of protection. Protection against what? Well, possibly, against an overinflated ego. Or some purgation may be in order: you need to be brought to your knees before receiving blessings. An angel may see that with sufficient money you'll just become complacent, even arrogant. This doesn't apply to all people obviously, but it may apply to specific individuals.
I hope my advise gives you a useful tool on how to teach easily the deep breathing technique: if you breath in paying attention on being silent while breathing the belly will go out alone... just take a silent breath with the mouth and watch it happen... (hope my english is good enough)

Hi Suzanne, I’ve just discovered your videos, I think they’re fantastic. Just one piece of advice about brain wave states, Alfa is the most active state, Beta is one lower like driving and being on auto-pilot, Delta is meditative - the state of hypnosis, trance, higher consciousness and Theta is sleep. We meditate to achieve Theta state not Alfa. Ive covered this extensively as a hypnotherapist. The medium Theresa Caputo did a scientific brain experiment and scientists in face found that her brain waves were in Theta when she does her readings. Hope you don’t mind me pointing this out.
Hi The Veil. I'm also a hypnotherapist! Kindly and respectfully, that information is backwards -- Beta is the typical active, conscious going-throughout-the-day brainwave (it would be much less confusing for us all if typical daily life and reading/thinking was Alpha due to the whole alphabet thing). Alpha is what a brain at peace and rest is like -- think meditating or relaxing. I've heard that monks can go into a super-version of Gamma that is actually deeper relaxed than , not the typical style even... a synchronized type of Gamma (whaat?!). Then as you drift off to sleep, there is Theta -- that is the daydreaming and starting to get hypnotized (yay!) realm, which includes when we drive and are suddenly at a destination, shampooing our hair -- the autopilot stuff. Delta is even deeper than that, the dreamless sleep. That is neat that that one lady is in Theta during her readings; personally, I wouldn't take that state as a hard and fast rule for all who channel or do "other realm" kind of stuff (the monks, aren't in theta, for example).
