- Happy you found this video useful. I’m also wondering why all information about Mercedes coding such hidden. I don't see any difference between electronic and mechanical maintenance or customization. But it never occurs to anyone to hide information about the replacement of any part, for example, in the suspension or engine. - Hi! Thank you for the comment. You should to save the only coding. Software could be found and flashed separately. You could find how it looks like in my video about flash software update

- It’s not even possible. Only take SW number and search for cff or smr-f file

Здравствуйте. Можно узнать почему в ведиамо при сохранении кодировки стоят знаки вопроса. Значит кодировки не сохранились и как это исправить? Заранее большое спасибо.

- Здравствуйте. Часто так случается при подключении через OpenPort и другие j2534 адаптеры. Строчка кода одного из домена может быть настолько длинной, что время ожидания получения кода слишком большое и Ведьямо прерывает соединение или сохранение этого домена по тайм-ауту. Можно это решить увеличив настройки тайм-аута в настройках подключении к модулю. После выбора нужного CBF файла, но до соединения с ним, нажмите правой кнопкой мыши на модуль и ткните параметры. Далее все, что связано с таймаутом замените на 999999 не забывая сохранять настройки в каждом измененном параметре. Таким образом можно не только сохранить полные кодировки в «проблемных» с этой точки зрения модулях, но и иногда не терять постоянно соединение выбирая очень большой домен какого-либо домена

- @MBDope do you know if there is a way to set up A J2534 device on the CBF section, I have a snap-on Passthru device that perfectly with many car maker software but Also I have set it up on Monaco but I doesn't let me use CBF files

- No, you can’t use Monaco with j2534 to open cbf-files. But you can search smr-d files for your car. For example here mbtools.duckdns.org/?form=d892712a-597a-465c-b2bf-fa2eadf892c1 Anyway you should forget to flash with j2534. Only code

- No any j2534 allowed to flash. Because of low cache capacity. I would recommend to use VCX SE for Mercedes. It’s cheaper than C4 and others, much more modern and stable.
