    • Buccal fat removal is such a lazy thing to do. Just lose body fat. Everyone(male) at a low enough body fat percentage will have an empty buccal region. A tiny percentage of people might be holding onto that buccal fat, but that is really uncommon.

  • The real issue with buccal fat removal is that buccal fat is naturally lost through aging and if you remove it you may end up looking gaunt when you are older Edit: Buccal fat isn't lost rather the surrounding fat is and it is the stabilizer that keep everything looking normal

  • I was a model in the earlier days, and I was attracted to plastic surgery and saw the best plastic surgeons who knew not to overdo and make you look like a freak .I did have a full face dermabrasion, a nose tip revision ,a buckle fat pad removal for hollow cheeks , an otoplasty to make my ears not so large, a lip augmentation, oh yes, let’s not forget the veneers on the teeth. Was it worth it ❓absolutely.‼️‼️ PS there was no Botox in those days yet

  • I had a buccal fat removal 6 years ago when I was 30, and despite its later controversy and people warning not to get it, I think for my face shape it was one of the best things I've done for myself. I went from having salty meals giving me moon face, to it not even being an issue and still being able to see my cheekbones. My doctor was conservative in the amount of fat she took out, and I remember being upset at that thinking it was less bang for my buck; but looking at celebs taking out WAY too much fat and knowing that gaunt look will look bad with age and wrinkles, I'm glad my procedure was minimal. If you guys get it; 1) make sure it's right for your face shape; 2) be conservative.

    • @@buildtales9613 Before surgery, a round face, and after I’d say square face. The left and right sides of my face no longer naturally round out. Thus I know round/square faces are good candidates, but can’t speak for other shapes. What I’ve seen with oval/rectangular faces and buccal fat removal, it’s hit or miss for me, like Liam Payne, I’m not a fan oh how his face is now. If you are considering it, I’d just find a free consultation with a plastic surgeon to get their feedback. I would say most doctors are honest in saying if something really works for you or not.

  • Don’t do buccal fat removal, you will age like shit 😂 and jaw implants are extremely expensive like 15-35k and all it takes is for one to move or get infected and both have to come out. Chin implant is the only good procedure as can be done as cheap $3-5k. Jaw liposuction also, is permanent removal of fat cells. Problem is subcutaneous fat is NOT the only thing that adds bulk to a double chin. There is also deep neck fat, which under the platysma muscle. If you have it, then liposuction alone would help but won’t give you a snatched jawline. You’d need a deep neck lift to remove deep fat and tighten the muscle/loose skin. For the jaw, if you can afford it, then radiesse filler once a year. You would need at least 2 syringes, each syringe is between $650-800 and it lasts around a year. So that’s like $1300-1600 a year. Even after 15 years of doing this, is still not as expensive as jaw implants. The best surgeons for jaw implants charge like 20-30k.

  • Regarding the Buccal fat removal. a) I think the before pictures were better on the examples shown. b) People lose face fat as they age (shrinks, drops etc) which causes people to look older. This means that one would look even older (and possibly skeleton face like) aging with this procedure. I think it's too unpredictable.

  • 7:30 I'm not sure 100% about Jordan Barrett because in the recent years he got way more lean. He isn't too muscular but has gotten super lean to the point where he has deep cut abs (at least this is what it looks like to me). He is the type of guy who seems obsessed with being and staying super lean in the later years compared to his earlier years.

  • Bad idea for most men to get a nose job unless it is unsightly. A button nose on a man look feminine. Often, a simple chin implant does wonders to make the nose look balanced with the face. We expect men to have big noses, it is nothing but a masculine characteristic. But no chin throws the face off.
