  • I lived in Barrow Alaska. I had an acquaintance who was stalked and eaten by a Polar Bear. Polar Bear populations have grown tremendously in the last 50 years, and only slight decline recently. They're magnificent animals, and they're not in any danger of extinction.

    • No. Their hides are too thick and their tusks aren't sharp. They do however stab each other when battling. When you put deliberate force behind those things they can cut through nearly any hide.
