After Novak Djokovic most recently played the Olympics in Tokyo fans were shocked to see Djokovic abuse two racquets in his bronze medal match against Pablo Carreño Busta. But this wasn't the first time Novak Djokovic lost his cool, so in this video I am showcasing a compilation of times Novak Djokovic lost his temper.

Early in his career he was a hot head who would get angry often in matches, but it would make him play much worse. He had to learn to stay calm and stoic in matches for that reason. Djokovic on the other hand often plays better after an outburst and thus he has no incentive to try to completely remove that from his game.

  • I understand exactly what he is going through in these moments because I have the same issues. However, this is mainly the reason, why Novak is not beeing loved by the crowd like Federer and Nadal. It´s the reason, why there is still a discussion about who is the "GOAT", even if the numbers are pretty much clear. You can earn respect with your achievements (and Djoko certainly did earn a LOT of respect) but you won´t earn love.
