  • This gave me Vietnam flashbacks to when I was a kid, and the only way to plan things with friends would be to pull out the phone book and call everyone’s home phone individually for their schedule, and then calling them all back after a best time was determined. Group texts really changed the game

    • It's no better now, probably. One of my friends in high school had a set of parents that owned a Chinese restaurant. We would go there any time there was a seemingly special occasion. The food was incredibly tasty. I recommend it. But if I told you it's name then it would be less special so please substitute it's name with whatever local joint you should be eating at right now.

    • I'm glad we're dipping our toes back in the water. As soon as I saw his pfp pop up someone in chat was like "THE DEEPFAKE GUY?!?" and I know to some people that's always gonna be his legacy, but I'm hoping they start to build that bridge back a bit. I get that it's like a Maya thing, where she wanted to cut ties with anyone who wasn't strictly attached to her like QT and by extension Lud so as to not tarnish their online rep because of their part actions, but I hope by the end of the year we can get a full feature back on the channel or something

    • Agreed, he’s one of my favourite content creators. What he did was fucked up but he took the break, had the balls to apologize on stream properly and made it clear what he did was wrong. I’ve seen people on KZhead and twitch do much worse and still comeback and have a career. Hope he continues to make the content he’s making and gain back the respect of people

    • @@freddieallen1794 As far as I know, this time last year Atrioc accidentally showed a tab on stream that featured deepfake porn of streamers, including QT. This caused everyone to kind of cut ties from him. Several months later, Atrioc went on to help remove over hundreds of thousands of deepfakes from the internet to correct his wrongdoing. I've never watched his streams but from the old Ludwig videos Atrioc definitely seems like a really nice guy with an infectious smile. :) I'm glad they're on speaking terms again, at least.

    • Love to see it. Don't judge people by how they succeed, judge them by how they fail. Atrioc handled things well and did something good for the world in the aftermath. And is still extremely entertaining to watch. It's time to take a more wholistic view of the people we watch. There are bad people that have no controversies yet, and there are good people that have had their bad sides exposed to the masses. Atrioc appears to be one of the good guys.

  • I’m in full support of Ludwig’s association with Atrioc. I’ve seen many mistakes and apologies across KZhead and never in my life have I seen any creator make amends to the level that Atrioc has. You can tell he has deep regret and remorse for what happened and I certainly have forgiveness in my heart for someone who has tried so hard to own his mistakes and repair the damages he’s caused. People absolutely shouldn’t forget, but I think he’s earned forgiveness.

More importantly he also became partners with someone who was creating a bot to help automatically take down videos. Atrioc invested and convinced them to tune the bot to takedown all sexual content involving any said creator. With this he was able to help take down over 100k different sexual posts about women influencers. He also payed for this program for all the women who wanted to use it. He took a 6 month break to do this all. Now he’s back he made a video about all this. He truly seems sorry and imo definitely made things better than what he caused.

Anyone is allowed to still think the same things they did when the situation first happened. Everyone gets to decide the point that they feel he's "redeemed," not just because of one ore multiple things that he has done positively since.

  • lud you gotta use your whole arm and then your lines will be more smooth. if you try to draw with your wrist like you print words you will get really shaky lines with short strokes compared to using your shoulder joint, which gives long steady strokes
