The way Godzilla showed up with all those jets, helicopters, Navy's and the military was way too good. Everyone had to smile, it was glorious
3:18
One of my favourite Godzilla moments ever.
Oh man when I seen that scene I was grinning cheek to cheek! 😁
Yeah,,,,Amazing ❤
man that could have been the perfect shot in an alien invasion movie
The soldiers that survived escorting Godzilla and fighting Ghidorah by his side probably viewed that as the highlight of their service.
Then they all died horribly by radiation poisoning
@@Simon-zu2rb such is the sacrifice for the honor of fighting alongside the king of monsters
@@Simon-zu2rb I don't think that's the kind of radiation Godzilla emits but ok
Godzilla doesnt emit so much radiation on his entire body.. He focuses it on his dorsal fins.. which means they are good @@Simon-zu2rb
Also godzilla's radiation isnt bad, it is actually life giving as he is the protector after all.. as seen on the end of the this film that wherever the titans go, life flourishes@@Simon-zu2rb
This is the most Godzilla feeling monsterverse movie and nothing will change my mind. It just felt like the entire staff GOT it. The music calling back to the originals, the hype reveals, the monsters, the moves they do, and the designs are all just PERFECT. This will forever be my most treasured movie theater experience. It's pure fanservice that I don't think the monsterverse will every pull off again
My belated thoughts exactly!
Helps well that the director is as much of a fan as we are of the G man
The director is a MAJOR Godzilla fan. And it shows
I personally like Godzilla vs Kong better than king of monsters
@@erijones1ify Sorry, but the fights with Kong were too fast for my taste. It lacked the heaviness of the Kaijus, they were jumping around like little antilopes.
This scene in my opinion shows just how different Gidorah and Godzilla are. Gidorah is so power hungry and petty that he goes out of his way to kill a tiny human, a mere bug compared to him just to assert dominance while Goji never intentionally laid a claw on anyone. As long as you’re not in his face acting agressive you’re good to go, but Gidorah HAS to make sure that every living creature fears him and so he’d go after you even if you pose no danger, just to revel in said fear.
The Monsterverse people knew what was up. I like how Ghidorah even sounds shocked when the jets bomb him. Doesn't do jack of course but it's gotta be shaking his alpha instincts. "Dammit. Rodan knew not to get up when I hit him. When did the tiny ones get this stubborn?"
Insightful comment. Ghidorah's behavior is a metaphor. For whom?
@@axbucxdu6720 for who we are, Godzilla is a metaphor for we should be
Also @RollCakeCookie, Madison screaming at Ghidorah in clear defiance of his power was the cherry at the top of this cake about ego, the tiny little bug held his ground against Ghidorah and was rewarded by Godzilla’s arrival. Such a powerful message about ego, courage and power.
If you want to make a metaphor out of it; Gidorrah is a space tryant that went from planet to planet killing and conquering because he could. Godzilla is King in his domain and is comfortable with it. Difference is, Gidorrah met an opponent he could not beat, this planet is Godzilla's home, and he doesn't take shit from no space dragon, no matter how many heads. But yeah, KG is Godzilla's biggest rival, kinda like Wilder vs. Fury: A ridiculously powerful champ that meets an equally powerful contender that just refuses to lose.
Godzilla having a military escort is probably one of the most badass things I've ever seen...period
Absolutely. I can't stop thinking about this scene.

This scene is glorious. Godzilla arriving with the military to battle Ghidora has “end of the franchise final battle” vibes that makes me wish it was somehow reserved until the last movie of the monsterverse.
I feel like this will hopefully top this with destroyah
Agreed. Honestly, I think this film is way more of a grand finale than GvK was - it's more epic and apocalyptic in its scope and has more of an atmosphere. GvK, though it was a fun watch, just felt like a generic monster flick.

At least with a modern movie which has the same feeling as those classics, a new generation can feel that excitement the way a lot of us did back then.
It could have been much better than you think.
Godzilla is an interesting social comment on Japanese culture. At first, he was a nuclear-charged menace, reflecting the trauma of the nuclear attacks on Hiroshima and Nagasaki. Then, over time, as the Japanese embraced nuclear power, he became a hero -- a defender against outside threats. The Godzilla movies are an allegory of societal progression of the Japanese people.

To be honest, i think its the best movie scene and entrance i ever saw until today. Dr. Serizawa, who was literally the only human being to not loose faith in godzilla since the first time he saw him defending the planet from the MUTOs, but also was trying to convince the world and especially Mark, that titans could co-exist togheter in peace, he sacrificed himself to save a giant beast (and its even more emotional when you remember that in the first ever godzilla movie, another serizawa with the same name, sacrificed himself to kill the kaiju) that helped to change the eyes of a wounded soul who was stuck in the past because of the lost of his child, and made him accept and forgive the one who caused this all along, shows how human he was, besides the fact that the millitary who was always an enemy of titans and godzilla, was following the king to help him on his battle with the WHOLE WORLD in play. along-side humans, the guardian of the earth, the last alive of his species and a long enemy of a giant non-terrestrial extinction event, both knowing this battle will set who will triumph and who will fall. I literally can not cry myself while hearing the giant Stomps and Roars and godzilla main theme playing on the background like a war cry saying "im here to settle this." The music that once was played while he was causing harm, now used to the battle that the world depends on it.
Damn! Underrated comment!
Amen, my friend!
I think if I remember correctly, it was stated that Dr. Serizawa's Father actually assisted in helping kill godzilla back then with the Bikini Atoll nuke, so it's even better that his returns the favor of helping what could be the only hope for the survival of Humanity

I'd be cool if Megatron said something like that. I'm sure he has at one time or another.
I don’t care what anybody says I loved the 2014 movie and this movie I can’t wait for gvk
The only thing is to much human parts!
Russell Mitchell yes I know Kotm barely had any human parts
Everyone like Godzilla and the King of the Monsters.
Blue Lightning except for some of the critics
2014 less monsters 2019 to much monsters
When she whispers “for Serizawa” and Godzilla’s theme swells and Monarch makes their stand with the big G… I cried. I’ll admit it.
Godzilla doing his Shonen protagonist comeback
2:57 I'm sorry but am I the only one who loves the airforce coming in and unloading everything they got
No way, man! That's one of the best parts of the scene!
This is what makes Humans also a Titanus in Monsterverse. Our intelligence. If we need, we could fly, we could swim, we could go underground, and fighting anything like a swarm.
Hell yeah bro they going ham showing that humans might not have powers like the titans but we sure do got brain power to make weaponry of our own
@@samueldelatorre6552 ikr? Just do not make jaeger-like giant robots. Do a super-advanced Argo, helicarrier-like monstre ships with giant guns, but don't humanoid giant robots. Something that can represent Humanity as a Titan.
Kinda wish they threw in some tanks at long range with rocket artillery as well. Really throw the while Arsenal at em
4:06 I love how Godzilla just drags ghidorah like he’s nothing. Also, right when the fight is about to start you can see blue lightning on Godzilla’s side and yellow on ghidorah’s
Now we know Godzilla also can change the atmosphere
Right when you see them clash you can see two tornadoes on there sides also I believe the different type of lightning shows how Godzilla is taking back everything because the storm was originally Ghidorah’s
Blue vs yellow 😅

I like how when Godzilla finally gets close to Ghidorah, Godzilla is never seen holding back. Like, unlike any other Titan, Godzilla isnt holding back, Godzilla is making sure every hit he deals isn't bloody, he's making sure its fucking devastating.
Best reaction in a movie ever. She's such an amazing actor!
This seen when they arrive on sight to the battle gives me chills, because in the movie theater you actually feel like you are part of the battle witnessing it first hand.
