    • Who looks outside, dreams; who looks inside, awakes. There is no coming to consciousness without pain. Everything that irritates us about others can lead us to an understanding of ourselves. We cannot change anything until we accept it. Condemnation does not liberate, it oppresses. Knowing your own darkness is the best method for dealing with the darknesses of other people. Neurosis is always a substitute for legitimate suffering. In all chaos there is a cosmos, in all disorder a secret order. Show me a sane man and I will cure him for you. Man needs difficulties; they are necessary for health. The healthy man does not torture others - generally it is the tortured who turn into torturers.

    • He himself needed validation simply by virtue of the fact that his observation subjects confirmation of acting on a reason or action put in motion with the ultimate and sole purpose of it to bring about a change in so doing the act. Here the action brings about and can bring about the result intended by doing so or not getting the required outcome/result as per the action in doing so. Subjective results which in turn is something good out of doing that action also can be said as positive result and vice versa you get a negative outcome/conclusion in completing that action of his clinical subjects own life experiences when they seek theraphy or psychiatric treatment. Therefore my conclusion is the response of his subject's/patient and the result of the taken action in conclusion of it is his observation as a psychiatrist is Jung's validation of his reason and purpose in his observation of the subject/patient's experience.

  • " knowing your own darkness is the best method for dealing with the darkness in others" this is so true, I've often been surprised how other people judge those who do bad things, and often wonder why I have an easier time understanding where they are coming from. The truth is that I am often and constantly reminded of the darkness in me, things I've done in my past and decisions I've made. Having this understanding, makes it easier for me to be understanding to those in the situations they are in. Now if only I could let go of my own past and move on to a new future.

Anyone who has done bad won’t get recognition for any good they do nor any good person cannot do any wrong-people will ignore any bad a good person has done. But the truth as it is said another way Every human being has two dogs inside them. One Good and one Bad. The one that shows itself is the one you feed.

  • I learned about Jung at age 8. I was in the Public Library with my mom and a book fell off the shelf she was browsing. I picked it up and began leafing through it. I asked her to check it out for me and she said I wouldn't understand it. I insisted so she did. Though I dint understand 70 percent of it, it did get me interested in Psychology. Many of his statements remain with me today because of what I read as a boy.

  • Carl Jung remains a 'step ahead' when it comes to "Personal Development for Personal Growth". I studied his background and history, and realized I needed these teachings repeatedly (to Reprogram My Inner Mind), and keep returning to drink from the "Karl Jung's well" of unprecedented wisdom, like drinking from the 'watering well dug by Biblical Jacob'. If we all looked deep inside ourselves, half the world's problems would evaporate without world wars. I can prove the theory to those 'willing to pay me' for my 'now Wisdom' -from the University Of Carl Jung. -the Philosophy works to avert the 'pain' that leads to marriage break-downs, family break-downs, break-down of trust, in business relations and at work, actually, in every fiber of society. The Philosophy works even on the other side of the same coin - the 'experiences' of 'pleasures' given abundantly by God Almighty, the Creator of Heaven and Earth. He is GREAT in his own right. I shall keep drinking - and I will spill no drop.

  • I was born and raised in the south and the things certain people did to rip my hope and belief away was damn near a everyday occurrence for years. It had become extremely hard to not harbor anger and hate in my mind and heart and judge a mass of folks for the pain and suffering of my bloodline. Beard is white now, bones ache, and physical abilities are getting worse, and none of the energy I used over the years for hate changed the way people see me. In my latter years I learned to let it all go and stay focused on my family and myself in a more positive mindset.
