I wasn't feeling well this morning, so I was trying to recuperate alone at home today. As I was going through my day, I found myself saying out loud how much I hate my life. I rarely express these feelings because I try to be encouraging and supportive to everyone. Your video reminded me that I still have the power to change things if I just have the courage to do something different, and allow myself to get comfortable with being uncomfortable.

No sometimes I am what life forces me to become because of developmental psychology but I'm aware of that fact but when life decides upon itself and takes a certain choice out of my hands in a certain outcome of me acting in a certain way what can I do in terms of my survival, an outcome I try hard to avoid. But it sometimes does take patience, understanding, and giving life a bit of time to do what it must do with its responsibilities for its survival I'm also aware of this but I'm not going to tolerate life taking the piss and disrespecting my life.
