много труда и всё коту под хвост, нет гидроизоляции между бетоном и деревом, нет пароизоляции под внутренней обшивкой, нет усадочных зазоров под рамами окон и дверей
И плитку ложить в таком доме опасно дом сядет 100 процентов.
А еще, его весь скрутили, включая кровлю, саморезами, дерево начнет гулять из-за сезонного перехода и все это будет ходить туда-суда, пока саморезы не полопаются и многое ( в т.ч. кровля) расползется. Жаль, задумка была хорошей...

Строить дом из сырой доски , толщиной 70 мм , положив балки прямо на бетон- это заявка на премию дарвина))) счастливой зимовки)
саморезами еще хуярит,не гвоздями ладно хоть не черными

Так они еще и стены ватой изнутри утеплили...
да и утепление сделано так себе, работать точно не будет, сплошные щели. И ламинат, вообще не нужен. дерево красивое, вечное. как дачный домик, пойдет.

Даже с моим отсутствием опыта. Щели между досками - насекомые добро пожаловать. Утеплитель - не перекрывает щели - будут промерзать, в следствие доска быстро испортится.

Добротный дом. Рад за владельцев. Даже из таких нетолстых стен с внешней и внутренней обивкой будет тепло. Пока не видел, чтобы для трактора было приспособление , чтобы месить в ковше и из него выливать потом бетон.

Всё по уровню, но ни одного компенсационного зазора или демпферной ленты, все элементы забивают в распор киянкой. Интересно как он скрипит и пучится 🤔. А ещё, если в этих горах есть медведи, то дому песец, вместе с жильцами 😢
Ну для техаса сойдет, для айова уже хрень, сгниёт, а вот для канады уже жопа, холодный.
с таким количеством инструмента....а по нашему, с топором, пилой и лопатой???... ладно, ещё лом с кувалдой...

Этот дом сгниёт очень быстро. Нет параизоляции на стенах. На крышу, с наружной стороны положили экструдированый пенополистирол. Хана хижине😂
это не эктрудированный, это совершенно другой материал. им запрещено синтетические в таком месте испельзовать, особенно а горах, по их закону.

Yes I would build my own house if I had time, resources, skills and knowledge.
Aboutn30 years ago I worked overseas most of a year came back and quit that job and helped some professional carpenters build houses just for knowledge for about six months. When I went back to work It was like having two jobs as when I wasn’t at my day job I was at home building. Since then I’ve built an off-road remote cabin and a duplex out of pocket. The duplex is double stud foam filled walls.

We built a huge, two story log cabin on the shore of Presquile Bay. I say we, even though my contribution was minor, but I was there, amazed to watch the pros square huge logs, erecting that large structure like Lincoln logs.
The walls look like cabin style tongue and groove and the way they interlock together I think they are actually very well insulated walls plus the thickness.
Yes, I would build my home if I had the resources, I have the time. Great job on your cabin home.

I'm an American and lived/worked in Slovenia (Zdole, near Krsko) for two years from 2007 - 2009. Many Slovenians asked me why Americans build wood houses. I think your video explains the reasons well. This question got asked alot when I was there because, I believe, most Slovenians live in homes of block construction, which has advantages over wood. Wood breathes better but doesn't last as long. Block homes are colder and damper, but have a better lifetime. Wood is safer in earthquakes, block is safer in wind events. And so on.

I just purchased what I will be turning into my next house. A 53ft refrigerated tractor trailer. It is a bit on the odd side but it was priced right and insulated good enough to keep things cold even in 100*+ F heat. I plan on adding more insulation to that and doing a very open concept floor plan save the bathroom. Plumbing and wiring will be run on top of the walls so if there is an issue it can be quickly resolved without having to tear into the walls. The plumbing will only go through the floor and a wall one time for the whole build. Two exterior doors set just behind the original trailer doors to add an extra layer of weatherproofing to the entrance as well as space for wood storage and mud room area for when I come home grimey or covered in snow. I'm retaining the original trailer doors to be able to really lock things down in severe weather and if I go out of town for more than a couple days.
