  • One I came up with is, "I feel unwell", not I am unwell. I am in a sentence gives it too much power. I think it's best to tell the Universe these words, or if anyone can suggest a better one, I'd welcome that. Our words have power to create. We cannot ignore our "feelings", by bypassing the truth, but we need to learn to rephrase so it is in our best interest and others who hear what we say. We create our own reality. I love you. I really do. Very easy to love, but I don't like your suggestions with what I've learned over the years regarding healing. Definitely agree with DON'T just say "I'm Sick." It's like a spell and doesn't help our unconscious mind out at all. Just my humble opinion. Love and respect.

    • Shit is used globally in English speaking countries. Shite is more commonly used in Ireland, Scotland, and Northern England, and it carries a slightly less vulgar tone
