Isaac Cruz defeated Eduardo Ramirez by knock-out in the second round of the co-main event of the evening that took place at the Crypto.com Arena in Los Angeles, California on September 4, 2022. Cruz dominated the fight, scoring two knockdowns while Ramirez couldn't get anything going at any point in the fight. Cruz's record improved to 24-2-1 with 17 KOs, Ramirez fell to 27-3-3.

That’s not what happened, Tank’s coach said he came into the fight with a hand injury and re hurt it punching the top of Cruz’s head. Never want to punch top of anyone’s head. It’s the hardest location on the head.
