Love this! Had one in my early 20s from 99-03. Thrashed the nuts off it everywhere! 😂 Never missed a beat. Cheap to insure, cheap to run, great fun, brilliant car.
That was a rare car even when it was for sale in the showroom! My girlfriend had one in about 93, we both worked for Nissan in Sunderland, I had a 200 sx.
One of the coolest cars I've ever owned. What a pleasure to ride! The UK department of Nissan went absolutely bizerk over this car, since it replaced the archetype Sunny, but obviously was much more expensive. The front end always reminds me of a shark!
I forget what this was called in the US, I do remember this NX, haven't seen one in ages! Nice review Alex!

Wonderful to see a little classic getting some love. I've had my little 1992 NX-R for about 10 years now and It will remain with me until I die lol. Not as super clean as this lovely example (sadly) but it is a SR20, with a 5-speed manual and the moment I sit my butt in the driver's seat, till I climb out again, I have the stupidest smile on my face driving it lol because it's just such a buzz to drive :) I'm with you on the front end Amber lol, it's my most unfavourite part of the entire car and I've spent many hours considering doing some SERIOUS restyling lol. But, it is what it is and when I'm driving it, I don't have to be looking at that front end lol

Hey im looking to buy this car but i was wondering something. Can the roof be closed? or is it like a permanent convertible. If this isn't possible, does this also mean the windows cannot be rolled up in the front? Please awnser!
Hi. The roof has removable glass panels which you then have to store in the trunk/boot while not in use. Windows roll up and meet the roof line.
