Such attention to every detail is most uncommon. You take great pride in your work. I stand in awe. Thank you for doing this video. My hat is off to you. Well done. PS: Having a background in the metal working trades myself, l respect you very much. Accurate measurement, familiarity with various tools and set-ups or "jigs", as they are called, your welding skills and right down to finishing the stainless, as well as the final assembly of the bike. Hello David, You have taken the words out of my mouth, and have done it very beautifully. I share you thoughts wholeheartedly. I started out in tool and die work, but then went on to woodwork which I found more organic. However, I am still in awe about the beauty that metal can produce, especially on this level. This fine craftsman is truly amazing. Everything is done with loving care and extreme craftsmanship. Notice the quiet, clean workshop- this is a telltale sign. You yourself come from a historically renowned area where loads of fine machine tools were built. Take good care. Greetings from France.
Any stainless steel smith works in the same manner. Daily manufacturing several different unique products according to drawing. 😎

Muy buenas compatriota,chimba ese caballito de acero inoxidable,esos cuadros son super libianos,tambien fabrican de titanium,tiene el grupo DEORE 5100 shimano,lo unico que cambio en esa nave son los pedales,esa nave esta por lo 5 millones y las de titanum estan por 7 millones,como la ve compatriota,en EE UU predomin el titanum por encima del carbono,suerte

Nice job. There are some hefty fixtures in use here. Also some nice looking custom fixtures. I am not sure on the advantage of stainless steel for a frame material. It is corrosion resistant, which could be enough of a reason if you live anywhere near salt water. Of course, South Korea, being a peninsular is surrounded by salt water so that may be important. Good work on the frame and assembly.
no paint to get destroyed. no UV or time-based destruction of composite materials. Can weld things to it at home. Far reduced fatigue factor compared to aluminum parts. Far less likely to shatter catastrophically and maim you in an accident compared to aluminum parts. I own both a carbon and an aluminum road bike. I'd rather have stainless. I'm not a racer, so there's no need to be the very fastest. I just want something that I won't have to worry about. ...like a home that's actually built properly.
@@JustinCrediblename If you can afford carbon, then maybe you have budget to look for some titanium framesets? Very similar characteristic to what you're looking for, maybe even stronger and trully corrosion resistant, while stainless frame will probably still need some coat for salty environment, or year round usage.
@@Dolritto If I were a serious cycle hobbyist , I'd do that. Still living in Santa Barbara? I'd do it. But now you'd be pushing it to even call me a Zwifter, so since both of my bikes work, I'm pretty excessively comfortable with my bikeness at the moment. Sort of how I regret my choices in real estate, but won't sell them and try to start new elsewhere.

@@ianmangham4570 Alloy of what? Steel alloy, stainless steel alloy, aluminium alloy, even titanium alloy? Almost any metal can be alloyed to change its physical characteristics. It's actually very uncommon to make something from an unalloyed metal.
I would have used some grease or anti-seize compound during assembly. It might be hard to dis-assemble in the future.

Но ездит также, как плавает топор. Надо было его из чугуна или из свинца делать, чтоб наверняка убить ездока.

Way back at the beginning of mountain bike racing, I got control of a Kostriken X frame mountain bike. It had so much natural steel based suspension built into it. I did ride that bike in the first ever 24 hour mountain bike race. Kostriken was a frame builder under Gary Fisher

Fantástico, o único ponto negativo é que o aço inox é pesado e comprometerá o peso da bike, um projeto desses utilizando o titânio seria perfeito.

프레임만 알루미늄(?)으로 제작하고 나머지 부품은 기성품으로 조립!
거의 대부분 자전거 회사가 프레임만 제작 나머진 기성품 조립
프레임 외의 다른 부품들 개발비 엄청 들어갈겁니다. 검증된거 사서 쓰는게 답
С нержавеющей стали , они же тяжёлые ? Если только на них электро мотор ставить, тогда нормально будет
Всё идёт к тому чем легче тем лучше, у него на оборот. У меня алюминиевый больше 10000 пробег, держит, половину по гравийке ( хорошей).

독일 자전거 제작 과정에 비교하면 20년은 뒤처지네.
당연한 얘기를 뭐하러 떠드냐? 소규모 업체이고 업력도 대기업보다 적은데 당연히 기술도 상대적으로 부족하겠지 근데 이런 회사들이 생기고 해야 경제적으로도 좋은거고 자전거 국산화에도 기여되는거야 멍청한 인간아

Cannot understand the logic on this. He is absolutely mastering handcrafting a bike from start to finish but at the end he is installing cheap components so...what is the point on this? You sell a handcrafted bike, that should be expensive and with the best components...why are you installing that average components...?
most of the bicycles in asia are handkade even from china..
there are also slam, ultegra bikes.

@@valerchik313 или отпущенная закалка на стали в месте на детали, которое он делал с помощью шлифовального станка, там появились уже цвета побежалости, а то место как раз очень нагруженное
В общем я скорее за машинную сборку на заводах где велосипед проверенный временем, да и детали проходили расчёт на прочность
Что там ювелирного? Сварить несколько труб. Велосипед с нержавейки блин, одна рама только с неё, остальное черняк. Халтура.
