    • Kou you can change the light styles thru keyboard, but for changing colors You need the hyyperx software and there is a lot of things that can be changed too, its the best keyboard for gaming if You need RED buttons.

  • So I've heard that the space bar stabilisers seem quite tacky and flimsy on the 'Alloy FPS rgb'.... Please someone let me know if this has been addressed for both the 'Alloy Origins' AND the 'Alloy Origins Core'. Pretty please. Edit: And also has your software improved? I've not yet used it but I've used Corsairs and they're terrible.

  • holding FN key and hitting f1 f2 or f3 isn't changing the profiles for me. i have them synced in the 'ngenuity' program, but i have to manually switch profiles in the program. am i missing something? any advice?

    • it HAS the ability to SAVE THE LIGHT SETTINGS, the problem in this case is that you are not using the software as you should. Try to explore the software more! There is a button on the top right that you can save your profiles, then close the software or even uninstall it!!

  • My brother split water on my hyper alloy elite and now some of the key caps are flickering, even though the lights chosen was for stationery. I let it dry for about 20 minutes. When it was being used, the flickering started.

    • Vibhav Agrawal ive heard people having trouble with the software but i personally havent, ive had it for a month, and maybe is because i dont really make custom lighting effects but idk, as far as i have tried everything is okay for keyboard software. i do recommend getting their doubleshot keycaps or some sort of keycap set because i personally didnt like the stock ones

  • This keyboard is a 9.8/10 for me! There are only 2 minor problems: 1. The Spacebar is a bit weird sounding. 2. The USB-C Port is on the right side of the keyboard.

  • Really great keyboard. I got the full but the TKL is just as solid from what I've seen. Shame about the software. The only profiles I can save to the keyboard are solid breathing color, wave, and solid color. All the other effects simply don't save to the on board profiles. Better than some of your competitors I guess. You can forward this advice to management that you can save money and make yourselves look awesome by open sourcing all of the software you make so we can have this stuff working on Linux/macOS/BSD or any other platform or OS as well. That way you don't need as many developers and there are plenty of Linux people out there willing to help develop this stuff on our own time for fun/practice. :) Embedded development is fun.

    • Hey 5unday! Our HyperX Red Switch has the same actuation force of 45g. The Total Travel is 3.8 mm, and Key Travel Distance is 1.8 mm compared to Cherry MX 4 mm and 2 mm.

    • Hi, - You can do a factory reset of the keyboard. Please press Fn and Esc until the LEDs flash. - You can set the keyboard to "reset to default" in the NGENUITY settings as well. I hope we could answer your question. Your HyperX team.

    • Hello! Let's try unplugging the keyboard and plugging it back in to reset the connection. If this is for the Alloy Origins keyboard model, you can also reset back to factory specs by holding down the FN and ESC keys until the lights flash. Please note that you will lose any settings saved to the keyboard after this is performed.
