I'm a terrible person, so I've had enforcement action. Most of the time, they'll show/tell you what exactly for and going so far as quotes. This is definitely exploit or straight sabotage.
Wouldn't suprise me that some lowlife is so petty that they would hack into an enforcement system to personally get somebody banned for killing them in a game...

i don’t think it’s all that, realistically if Xbox was aware they’d likely investigate and unban him. this is just an example of the exploit that was a big topic of discussion a few months back where people could use an external client to falsely suspend your account indefinitely by abusing reports on Xbox

That happened to me too. Ik its cause I switched my pfp as it happened right after, but it didn't give me a reason on the enforcement page. The funniest part is even tho I got a week's coms ban for it, THEY LET ME KEEP THE PFP.
They ban him for no reason. You for your reason. But I went a whole year with a young Adolf as my pfp on Xbox and they didn't bat an eye. I think he's being targeted by people abusing the report system.

Your gonna have to call them bro and speak to an actual human that can understand the situation, like a Microsoft support employee who can access your account on there end. I remember i got locked out of my account because i forget the password and got it completely locked because i was trying to geuss my password and failed, so when i finally got an employee on the line after like a 20 minute hold on call the lady i was talking to helped me within the first 10 minutes and i had my account unlocked again and everything back to normal with a new password. There just gonna need your console ID which is in the settings and they can pretty much access and do whatever they want on there end once you prove your the owner of the said profile/console.. Either way you shouldn't have to be going through any of this in the first place man they need to completely rework that enforcement crap or its gonna cost them customers🙄

yeah PlayStation suffers from the same thing, had an incident here a guy was trash talking a bunch and got heated after a short bit, i eventually just started replying in walter white images and after some time just reported and blocked. got on the next day and bam, 1 days suspension for spamming another user and no info on if my report went through

Bro, same 🙄 I had someone report me for my gamerpic. I received a ban because they said my gamerpic was in violation of Xbox Community Standards. But when I asked how I violated Community Standards they couldn't give me any reason. As a result I was removed from the Xbox Ambassador program. I tried reaching out the Ambassador Team via email and Twitter but never received any type of reply. 😮💨

This is basically how all apps and account used things are nowadays for bans/suspensions. It just simply says "you broke our rules and guidelines, no we won't give specifics, no you can't appeal because a robot will instantly deny it", regardless of it being discord, twitter, xbox, etc.

Lost all his games he bought and the one year ps plus. Reason: he got banned for two weeks first for messaging someone that he is a noob and then, after those two weeks, he got perma banned because someone recorded him while he was loosing his mind in game chat during a Rainbow six siege ranked match. i knew a guy back in 360 who had a modded tablet that could for some reason get me banned for 1 day, he put in like a year but it still somehow the next day got me banned for a whole day. it could be possible someone has a client that can mass report you or have some type of inside to the system that just lets them ban you with reports

My girlfriend had something like that happen to her back in between December 2023 to January 2024. Same thing and for some reason it counts hers as a com ban but to anybodies surprise she doesn't use the Xbox chat or a microphone to talk at all.
I have had a suspension recently and when I went to check it it said "voided" and like,.. to this day it still says that I am banned when I check on the enforcement website but when I click on the current suspension it says none. (I can still VC and play games tho which is like????)
