I didn’t realize that an actual Minecraft exploit could literally just ruin somebody’s Xbox account without even playing it. This is why We need actual human support and not just have it be done through digitally like an email or through machine

This is reason why trying to moderate EVERYTHING people say doesn't work. Bad actors will always find a way to exploit the system one way or another. As a PS user Sony also wants to moderate what we say but atleast I can opt out of it as far as I'm aware. the XBOX strike system is a joke and shouldn't have been implemented in the first place. When Mojang announced their report feature into Minecraft people were already planning and looking for ways to exploit it and get players falsely banned. BEFORE THEY EVEN ADDED IT.
The only difference between Xbox and ps is that Sony don't ban consoles just accounts Xbox well ban the whole console so you have to buy a new one I hope ps don't ever get the idea to do that.

If you're banned for talking trash or saying naughty things in chat it should only ban you from Xbox chat in game chat and messaging people, not completely banning you from playing online games should only be for people cheating or exploiting stuff

Very glad you got it sorted. Must have been a miserable & stressful weekend. It really highlights to me the need for games companies to be able to flag any content creators accounts. The accounts would then require a human review before any automated moderation system kicks in. It's a small price to pay for the gaming companies in return for the promotion and exposure you bring to the game. It's inevitable your public profile will put a target on your back. The system should be able to take account of that.

Think this just shows why hate speech rules shouldn't have enforcement action and we should just encourage people to block more. It's too easy to manipulate and abuse them like in this example when just blocking the person spouting nonsense is WAY easier.

However, if this sort of thing happens weather its fraud or any sort of harassment to frame you. I reccommed reaching out to someone who knows alot about false claims or try reporting the people who are trying to frame you. I dont know xbox communication because i am a PS5 player. The only thing i can help you with is to report the people who are framing if the try to do it again.
