I love my starlight, battery lasts a little over a week and charges in legit 40 mins and its so light its insane

if it started having issues after one month (which it didn’t) that just means the quality of the mouse is absolutely shitty specially for the $189 price tag but it held up nicely so i expect it to last at least a year if you don’t have anger issues when you lose a game
Yeah it doesn’t have any negative qualities from use so far , the click feeling just got better with time tbh.Will keep it updated if anything changes tho

Unless the wipes you use don't have isopropyl alcohol in them I think water is safer to clean the mouse because apparently the mouse coating can get worn off/ dissolved or something, idk if it's the same idea here since the mouse is made of different material

Just bought my gpx, for some reason it feels lighter than my viper mini? And its also way smaller than i thought it would be… which is a good thing since was worried it would be too big. All i an all really happy with the mouse.

sir i decided to buy new mouse soon which one is comfortable for u deathadder v2 pro or pro x superlight wireless? because i have large hands like u?
I ended up having issues with the wireless skipping every 30 seconds or so. As soon as I plugged it in though, it went away completely. Already talking with their support and will have to send it back for repair unfortunately. I had a feeling that the first time Finalmouse was going to do wireless technology, it would have its issues. Everything else has been great besides that. Also if have a small and want to exchange it, I asked support and they do not do any size exchanges fyi. It is what it is.
My starlight (small) got this hard to press click and sounds different than the other sides click issue, after a couple click presses and I don’t know how to fix.
It's a metal mouse, so the tolerances for them have to be inhumanly good to work. Understandably they aren't, it's just the nature of magnesium. But it's going to be bad for the lifespan since all that rubbing is going to wear the coating down leading to oxidation, which breaks the mouse.
Are you saying rubbing your fingers on the coating will cause it to oxidize
@@boardzy No, I was talking about how the triggers rub portions of the shell and the scroll wheel does the same on the triggers.
@@boardzy Yes. Because the coating is protecting it, and magnesium oxidizes fairly easily.
The only flaw of the Finalmouse Starlight 12 is that it is like a gamble, you may put your money in it and get the best mouse out there, or you may end up with a trash copy that doesn't work

Honestly im so blessed to get a perfect copy. no issues at all and a dead center scrollwheel, no click problems. no lod issues.

My battery was lasting a week, but I contacted finalmouse and they took it back. They sent it back to me and told me it had outdated firmware in the dongle(not the mouse) and I now have it back. It does last a little over two weeks now on a single charge now. So maybe you guys can ask for the new firmware update from finalmouse support for the dongle? In my experience everything has been great since!
I love that mouse. I'd still love to see bigger mouse feet like on the Gpro Superlight, I feel like it gives more control (Thats something I instantly fell in love with on the Superlight). Also the dpi deviation is annoying tbh.
Damn ot boardzy why are you always right about gaming mice. I recently got a desthadder v2 and i RMA'd it when it came back i just disliked it due to how huge it was for my 18 cm hands so i returned it and payed 10 dollars for orochi v2 and obviously it was white because black is inferior but i now understand why it was in seal of aproval even tho i used it for 2 minutes

I have yet to charge my mouse since I got it almost a month ago, I use it for a couple hours a day and several hours a day every weekend. Granted not using it 24/7, but I don't even turn it off and just let it sit in the idle mode.

Andrewpp has not reviewed the mouse since he doesn’t own it. I believe fresh had some issue with his pcb which caused his LOD issues. Sensor is amazing, don’t fall for da fud

Have you heard that the dpi calibration is off and the mouse is faster than it should be?
Definitely nothing I can notice on 800 or 1600 dpi. Prefer it with 800 tho for browsing because it’s so light
