love these 'truth' videos of what the business looks like behind the scenes. yes, a lot of natural things going on; hard working bunch to get the show on the road. timing of Jon's lyrics in his rehearsals. and the comedic scenes of Richie. love this.

As usual Richie is the one who checks on the band members and makes sure they feel comfortable. He could tell Hugh was nervous so he being the man he is talks to Hugh, shakes his hand, hugs him and let’s him know things will be ok. He was more of a leader than Jon ever was. All Jon cared about was himself-sounding and looking good. Definitely not a leader!

What are you smoking? Jon is a leader at everything. All these guys still get along even with Richie abandoning ship on them mid tour. Which I understand why he had to leave and wish he would come back. Hugh likes Jon so much that he has been in the background the whole time. He even played bass on Jon’s second solo album, Destination Anywhere. Jon is all about himself? He is helping hungry people get food. He is helping people get homes. He owned a football team. All these things take leadership. Not only this, but Jon is the only one out of the entire group to have a number one hit from a solo album with the song Blaze of Glory. Jon and Richie are just better together. They always have been!

@@csblame well I am not smoking anything… the hungry people getting food was his wife’s idea. She used his money and name. Richie owned a part of that football team too. If Jon is such a leader, why couldn’t he make it on time to their soundchecks? Richie made sure they were ready to play whenever Jon decided to show up. Also the band looked to Richie if they had questions, including Jon himself, especially when it was time to end a song. I think it’s you who is smoking something if you think Jon is all that!

@@denisecastleberry5724 there isn’t a single interview with this band that indicates that Jon is late for all the sound checks. You are completely wrong about JB Soul. If it was just his wife’s thing then he wouldn’t be there on his off time washing dishes and serving food, etc… You give input like you are there to witness things. I am only giving you info based off of interviews with him and THE BAND. Richie has continuously said in interviews that “Jon is the one that gets things done and I am the fun one for the guys.” And another thing Richie said about Jon was that he liked taking on all the PROJECTS that he has in his life. Love all the bitter people for a band that isn’t bitter. Lol

@@csblame go back and check out sound check 2000. It is right here on KZhead for all the world to see. As far as being at his kitchen “on his time off” what else has he got to do? He can’t sing anymore. He even says in an interview that the kitchen was his wife’s idea. As far as Richie is concerned, Jon was trying to make him into a puppet-- telling him when he could talk or when to shut the f***up, turning his mic down and shutting him down. So how much more proof do you need? Oh yeah and the very first day Richie auditioned, Jon was late. That’s been said in many interviews
