Season 2 Q&A With The Cast Of Netflix's 'Ginny & Georgia’

The hit Netflix series "Ginny & Georgia" ended with quite the cliffhanger in season one and the drama will continue when season two is released on January 5, 2023. The Netflix show is set in a quaint American town called Wellsbury but it was actually filmed in spots around Ontario, including a picturesque Toronto neighbourhood. Narcity's Megan Johnson chatted with some of the Ginny & Georgia cast about some of their favourite spots to film in Ontario, their favourite memories on set and most difficult scenes to shoot, and how the stars were left stumped when it came to pronouncing this Toronto spot.

He is calm, collected, reflected and comfortable, which comes off as more mature 🫶🏻 some people in their twenties are more chaotic and all over the place when they speak (doesn’t have to be a bad thing either, everyone is different). But when I say mature, i dont just mean over 18 adult, I mean much much older.

  • I have already finished the new season and my god, it was an emotional roller coaster, it was very different yet so similar to s1, I don't think the show should get as much hate as it does because some of these moments in season 2 in regards to the mental health are very hard to execute and display well and you guys executed them very well, congrats, I hope there is a season 3

  • I just finished season 2 and I loved it so much. It touches so many sensitive topics and illustrates them very well. Definitely cried a lot but only because I related to so many of the topics and they were done so well.

  • Thank u for season 2. I can relate to the mother and daughter love hate relationship. I binged watch and repeatedly watched the scenes where ginny and georgia reconciled on xmas(cried even) and when georgia came clean to paul. Very nice ending too i cant wait for season 3.

    • Hi M.M. - Narcity reporters work remotely and are based all over Canada and the world! The reporter who conducted this interview is actually based in Ottawa, Ontario. This video is a condensed version of sections taken from 2 separate virtual interviews conducted on the same day with the actors. We did our best to make it all jive because the reporter was quite sick that day, which is why you don't see her on camera. Hope that answers your questions, and thanks for watching!
