    • You have to work on your mental game. This comes with meditation and visualizations. Do some deep breathing exercises everyday in a quiet place while visualizing yourself scoring and winning in front of a large crowd. Visualize the win and getting your hand raised and the crowd cheering for you. Also, you must do everything you can to prepare for the match by training hard and this will give you the confidence you need to succeed. On the day of the match you may want to but on some headphones with your favorite inspirational music to drown out the noise so you can focus on your objective. If you prepare yourself like this you will be ready when you stop on the mat because you have been there and done it already in your mind.
