Frozen Food Review - Is There Anything Healthy In The Freezer Aisle?!

2024 ж. 2 Мам.
1 196 085 Рет қаралды

I headed the frozen food section of Walmart to see if I could find anything healthy. I reviewed all different types of frozen foods, pizza, breakfast, vegetarian, seafood, and more...and I was very happy to see some really high quality frozen food options! I tried to avoid frozen foods that had to many fillers and preservatives and the ones that used bad quality oil. I was so happy to find great products using really high quality ingredients, even for pizza and burritos. All you have to do is read the ingredient list for the frozen food, and you can easily spot the ingredients you want to stay away from. Mad love Bobby...Dessi...and Art! XOXO

  • Hey guys! Great video! I worked at Amy's kitchen, Andy and Rachael Berliner are the parent's of Amy. They live the life and lifestyle of their food. Great people. They flew me to London with them to assist in launching their product in Europe years ago! What fun I had!

I’ve recently been buying chunk light at TJ, after reading that darker tuna has less mercury. Also, I’m concerned about the cleanliness of the water in which the fish live. I want the truth! Thanks, Bobby Baby!!!!

Bobby, yes, the door should be closed lol but honestly, I am forever grateful for the fact you give mamas like me peace of mind knowing there are many frozen options for the busy bees !! Some of us just don't have the time to make every meal from scratch and you are doing all the work to pretty much say "That's ok!" THANK YOU !!

  • I know a lot of elderly folks who eat those frozen dinners. Definitely sharing what the best options are with them. Everytime I go to the grocery store, I read the ingredient . I always say to myself if it is Bobby approved or not. Totally addicted to label reading.. I have been doing Keto for 1 1/2 years. It is all in making good choices. I lost 60 pounds and I wear a size 8. Good choices and label reading have improved my health.

  • I actually like the frozen riced cauliflower. I find it doesn't have that sharp cauliflower taste like fresh - the frozen is more mellow and bland, so it makes a better bland "rice" base that I can season or put a flavorful sauce over. I just microwave it, and it comes out great, not too mushy or wet.

As someone who works in a grocery store seven days a week, I'm confused why anyone thinks it's a big deal. It's a couple minutes, and trust me, when they reset the doors they're open for WAY longer.

    • Yan Wang Hey I know I’m not Bobby but I’m a second time mom! Holle and Hipp are fantastic formulas if money is not an issue. They are not US formula (I live in the US) but they’re great for baby :) US formulas are sort of shady not gonna lie but fed is best when it comes to your baby I always say! Other formulas in the US that are better than others offered here are plum, earths best, baby’s only, and the honest co. Edit:Oh I’ve also heard of Kabrita being pretty good aswell (correct me if I’m wrong but I do not think it’s a US brand either but you can still order online) for baby’s who have intolerance to cow milk. Goats milk is most similar to breast milk. It’s a better alternative than soy IMO.

  • I first started following you on Instagram because your food looked good. Then I seen that it was all healthy. So I started following you on KZhead for the recipes. Now I'm showing my husband your videos telling him this is why flavcity is my favorite because he tells you what you are really eating.

  • Hi Bobby! Loved your live on Thursday! You’re really funny with introducing yourself in the middle of it and all the joke with Art. Of course your sous chef Rose with Dessi at the end is always my fav! ❤️ Are non gmo verified oats not sprayed with the round up chemical. I can’t find organic labeled ones sometimes! Also in the ebook are you putting different words other than Natural flavors? Like natural coconut flavor, natural vanilla flavor are still NF right? 😂 THANK YOU
