Yeah you can't just use will power to get back up from shots so quickly. His bodies ability to recover and not shut off for a good amount of time like we usually see with brutal body shots just speaks to the preparation and conditioning he had.

It's not difficult to land those body shots when the guy is standing right there in front of him. The guy throwing hooks was wide open for counters.
It's hard to counter after he's already taken the damage to the body. His muscles would be incredibly tight: trying to protect his liver.
@@padraigin2929 If he knew how to counter and had good footwork he wouldn't take those body shots. A lot of body punchers in boxing have been discouraged because guys like Mayweather have great counters and footwork.

@@campbelldickson5712 A kickboxer uses some of the same fundamentals as a boxers especially when it comes to throwing hands and utilizing footwork. Of course you would not understand that because you haven't trained in either discipline.

The Muay Mat style(also comparable to the Dutch Style of Kickboxing) seems to be the most transferable Muay Thai style to use across various venues as well as in the self defense.

He does have quite some muscle for a 19yo, but fighters are very lean with low bodyfat, and considering he's a professional fighter who trains a lot with probably also some strength training I give him the benefit of the doubt. Being that lean most fighter look small in real life.
