Would you guys do a gear dump for a hunt like this? I'm looking at a bear hunt in north Georgia and need a better idea of what you guys are working with for backpacking.

Congrats- what state were you in (if you said it I didn't catch it). Saw you were using a custom smokeless ML. I have one myself and haven't had the opportunity to take a shot on an animal beyond 185yrds yet. Very capable weapon out to around 500yrds. What powder and bullet were you using? I use 78grns of H322, along with a 300gr Arrowhead NSR bullet. It is a devasting combination.
