Как -то грустно всё это. Растения, не видевшие ни земли ни солнца. Что там может быть внутри..... Из фильмов, типа Матрицы сразу фабрика по выращиванию людей на ум приходит. Не за горами....
Возможно, не этично (судя по комменту) по отношению к растениям. Но там все нормально внутри. Даже лучше, чем растить на земле (отсутствуют микроорганизмы, которые вредят растениям и даже могут вызвать мутацию растения).
@@msi5274 Для растений тоже нужны микроорганизмы как и для человека. В желудке человека до 3х кг микроорганизмов полезных. Тоже самое и в корневой системе растения. Они помогают синтезировать нутриенты. Растения выращенные гидропоникой не имеют в нужном количестве нутриенты. А по сути пустышка. Посмотрите работы Dr. Berg на ютюбе есть в русской озвучке. Я думаю вы измените свое мнение. Без негатива.
@@msi5274всё красиво, технологично. Но, действительно, можно смотреть на это по-разному. Мне ближе природное земледелие, не в стерильной пробирке. Хотя, разумеется, наверное меньше возни и грязи с гидропоникой. И с животными так же. Курица должна гулять, загорать на солнце и щипать травку, а не сидеть в стерильной клетке под лампой и нести стерильные яйца. Мне кажется, что яйца полезнее от счастливой свободной курицы😂. Аналогично и с растениями. Они должны жить! Наполняться солнцем, ветром и тп. Помните, как виноградари трепетно относятся к лозам и винограду? Считают лозы живыми, они должны впитать в себя ароматы, воздух места, в котором растут. Они уверены, что на вкус влияет даже погода❤

Скажу про салатный лист. Я живу в Узбекистане у него и здесь нет вкуса ,безвкусная трава у нас и помидоры и огурцы тоже потеряли вкус у них один вкус лекарств ,хотя это все растёт в земле

@Mejuko What parts of the process are you referring to? In my case I could see that in the germination process they use a material with foam-type holes, which they then break into pieces. They probably discard that foan because they cannot put it back together in a single piece, and it will also be damaged over time as it grows.

Это не от химии ,они все работают в форме практически на всех предприятиях.В столовых точно также в сапогах и в перчатках.Я сама работал в Корее и видела как у них всё устроено.Земли мало , народу много жителей.Чем их кормить?.Вот и предприятия такие открывают.Корея как Приморский край. Одних Эмигрантов там 2млн. В России город Хабаровск таких нет результатов по численности населению.

Same processes in food production in Europe. I remember when tomatoes were full of flavour. Not anymore 😞. Packaged fresh produce you buy at any of the major supermarkets in the UK these days is both soulless and flavourless. I wonder if the nutritional benefits have been watered down, too... 😢
Just have a look around and watch out for local farmers (markets), market gardeners or community supported agriculture (CSA). Customers always get what they ask for and what they're willing to pay for. Support your local! That's it.

трава на одной химии такую нельзя есть постоянно , а то проблемы будут , а вот грибы уже на натуральном выросли и можно есть спокойно ..

Как важно жить в сельской местности! На этой фабрике еды всё сложно, дорого и не здорово. Много помещений, транспорта, пластика, картона, удобрений, дезинфекции и много персонала. В огороде и в лесу всё это гораздо проще и доступней.

Controlled environment technologies use a fraction of the acreage, water and chemicals compared to crops grown in outdoor fields. Indoor growing eliminates tractor expenses, problems from dust pollution and worker health problems associated with field agriculture. Indoor growing brings the product into or near urban centers, hugely reducing the transportation delays and costs. And crops can be grown in any climate.
Good way to eliminate bugs and disease. I have eaten lettuce and tomatoes grown this way and they taste like water and have very little nutrition. I also don’t trust the chemicals they use. But it’s better than starving! Amen Modified foods are going to kill us! If I want something grown in water, I will eat rice and cranberries!

Besides the farming process, the cleanliness, the packaging, the delivery and even the houses there... Europe and US are living in the past, way 50 years in the past. Nope, the reverse. Factory farming, overuse of packaging is so 20th century. We are trying to envision and create a more earth-friendly, natural future. Also: farming is science. But they seem to have the wrong science. Farming is biology, including microbiology-all the good batería and fungi in the soil helping to create and deliver micronutrients to the plants. Not just chemistry where you pour inorganic fertilizers that end up in our waterways.

There are lots of conventional manufacturers who do that, but INNOVATORS, I.e. methods that change the way we’ve done it? Organic farming, polyculture, free range, permaculture, native culture, forest farming, etc.etc. Are all efforts to create sustainable agriculture and that is what new energies are focused on now. Not how to industrialize and mechanize agriculture, which is what happened since the 1940s. Now we are not just trying to solve a FOOD problem, we are also trying to solve an ENVIRONMENT and Health problem.
@@L3X369Natural soil contains not only macronutrients but also micronutrients and many other compounds that the artificial solutions to provide them to hydroponics might be not as complete as in the soil. However, growing crops in soils is having depletion of those nutrients (as well) and the food we get is somehow less nutritious than it ws 50 years ago.
There is not really the need to compare countries. The US started much of this a long time ago. Global improvements advancement is good for all the human species and animals so long as it is not harmful. Tired of the hate in the world. Does anyone know if this is all hydroponic and what they are using in the solution I really want to know more but there was no linked to any further information. You are right it's not in soil in our own garden processed by our own hands BUT there is going to come a time when we will need to have indoor gardening WITH lighting on a temporary basis while our sun is blocked out.

L’hygiène et le respect des produit sont irréprochables ! Par contre ce sont les produits qu’ils mettent pour les faire pousser qui m’interrogent! Sont-ils bons ? La Corée n’est pas comme la Chine et il me semble qu’ils doivent être plus respectueux ! Tout est si bien traité et emballé qu’on dirait qu’ils manipulent des bijoux ! American expat in Europe. Vertical farming has killed flavor and compromised nutrition. I'd do almost anything to have American fruits and veg here in the UK, especially apples. Europeans criticise our food production, yet they fail to look at themselves in the mirror, all that plastic, for what? For overpriced flavorless and soulless food. They used to have some standards. Not anymore!

Is this why a lot of products are coming with cancer warnings now that never had them before? Various labels like can expose you to lead, organic arsenic, and cadmium? I'm seeing these warnings on lots of oriental foods sold in the stores now. Many from the Shirakiku brand. From seaweed(Nori), chestnuts, mushrooms, curry sauce, pickled ginger, and a whole host of oriental foods.
Vertical farming is suitable for thise countries where land is not adequate like Hong-Kong, japan, etc... but for countries like india, pakistan, UK,canada there is no need to farm like that ...
