My question is why didn't one of these Bradleys use their TOW system? There's two M2's in this video. One could engage with the 25mm gun and the other should destroy it with a TOW. In reality the Bushmaster gun on the Bradley is setting off the explosive panels but the Tank body was not penetrated and the Crewmen survived. In fact I watched this very video footage. The tank returned to its lines where the crew evacuated the Tank. I am not saying that the Tank was not damaged. What I am saying is that it was not Destroyed and the Crew was not killed.

The tank crew will be given a replacement tank and be sent back onto the battlefield after being checked out and treated for any injuries they may have sustained. There is a reason why Bradley’s carry two anti-tank Tow missiles. It is to destroy tanks. I suspect that either the Bradley did not have any Tow missiles or the Bradley crew may have panicked upon seeing a tank and did not deploy it and just shot at it with the Bushmaster gun.

  • Not a very good report. clip 1 was 2 bradly against a t-90. The T-90 was badly damaged but the crew managed to escape alive. The tank was later destroyed with a drone. Clip 2 was an already defective BMP that was abandoned and the bradly just destroyed it so that it couldn't be repaired again. Furthermore, it's funny how the original videos have no sound but here everything suddenly goes boom and bang. Sweet and so on ...... yes, the bradly is good.... but you don't have to exaggerate everything just because you want it to sound good for the clicks.

The Prasm rounds are already in production as well but that will be slow. Still, it seems to me like increasing Himars munitions production 10x is very important. This war has exposed how lacking western production is and how it takes too long to scale up production of simple weapons like artillery rounds. Unfortunetly, Putin's friends are outproducing the west since we are not turning to wartime economies.

  • The Bradley did little damage to the T90, taking out ERA plates and outside electronics such as gunner and Commander sights, and achieving what is called a "Firepower Kill", or potentially a Mission Kill, meaning the vehicle is rendered combat ineffective, but not necessarily destroyed. It could potentially be towed, repaired, and returned to service again. A tank that suffers a K-Kill, or Catastrophic Kill, is rendered permanently non-functional, for example through an ammo detonation sending the turret sky high, or a fire raging inside leaving it a burnt out husk. Either way, a K-Kill leaves the target unable to be returned to service, while a vehicle that has suffered a Mobility Kill, Firepower Kill, or Mission Kill, can sometimes still be repaired and returned to service. So what have we learned? Keep firing til it blows or burns.

    @MatteV2@MatteV22 ай бұрын
    • The other lesson is: STOP SENDING YOUR TANKS OUT ALONE OH MY GOD! The mission kill basically turned into a k-kill when the tank got stuck in that crater. It's arguably worse than a full k-kill, since the Ukranians sure as hell aren't gonna turn their nose up at a free T90.

However it is possible that the Bradley landed a lucky shot to make the Russian tank loses its turret control, compound that to the intense noise the Russian tank crew are experiencing as those rounds landed on to the tank armor. During all that confusion, crew communication isn't possible.

  • How can you in good conscience make a claim like this? The M2 did NOT kill the T90. It was firing HE rounds and only damaged optics and turret traversal. It was a subsequent drone that knocked out the tank after it was abandoned. No claims of mobility kill and strategic kill will counter the simple fact that the tank was not penetrated. Plenty of M1s were left in a much worse state during the Middle Eastern wars and we still make the claim that no Abrams were lost to enemy fire, cause damaged tanks were repaired and returned to service.

    • It is because the US always updated their target acquisition systems and incorporated thermal imaging systems into the super stabilized cannon.. Even if it has smaller rounds, like the Ukrainians who smoked that main battle tank said, if you can blind the optics of the opposing vehicle quickly they are completely useless. The Bradley can fire way faster than a T series tank and if they use high explosive rounds, the optics on that Russian tank were probably destroyed and rendered completely useless within the first few shots. Thats one thing none of these video games accurately represent, you could be in the best tank in the world, but the second a few rounds explode your cameras and windows to see out of the tank, you're done... And it doesnt take much to do that with 25mm cannon rounds. Russia cheaped out on their BMPs and T series tanks, a lot of the money meant to go toward upgrading all their optics to FLIR and cannon stabilization all that along with regular maintenance was stolen via corrupt military structure so even when it looks like a modern Russia main battle tank its probably poorly cared for and lacks upgrades

Every attack vehicle has it's pro's and con's, a lonely T90 is no good against a few IFV's like the Bradley, although the Bradley operators were hammerings the optics and made the T-90 virtually blind.
