World's first Smart Car tire stretch 155/60/15 on a 15x9 XXR rim
*WARNING* This is just an example of what you CAN mount on a 9" wide wheel. Yes Its stupid but so is everything else in life. We enjoy messing around the shop to see what we can accomplish. THIS WAS JUST A TEST.

  • Thank you for explaining how to stretch tires. Now can you explain how to acquire the traumatic brain injury necessary to want something like that on your car?

  • I think that everyone is taking this video the wrong way, I am showing you that you can stretch a tire that size on a wheel that wide and do it.. I never said come down and buy this setup, we got it in stock. I am being sarcastic in every way. Money as in "Sick I did it and you didn't" Figure it out guys what do this shit for fun. my next video will be what Draggonhedd said. 155/60/15 on 15x9 Procomp Beadlocks. Then I will slap it on my Cherokee with 6" lift. YEEEHAWWWW

And while I know it's a joke to have done that much stretch (I personally don't like stretched, myself - meaty tires look better in my opinion), I can't believe how many people in the comments didn't catch that it was a joke - that's ROFL worthy. • I don't get what's so cool about tire stretch just get the right fucken tires size. less deaths on the roads.

    @billeyvue4324@billeyvue43247 жыл бұрын
    • The correct size for any car is 2 sizes up/down. For example, 215,45,17 can go up to 230,45,17 or as low as 195,45,17 If you really wanted you can get lower profile tyres so down to 40 or even up to 55 Anything more than that you change the handling characteristics of the car and can potentially cause an accident where the tyre unmounts itself while cornering for being too stretched or the other way have your tyre fold on itself by going too big. I can understand stretching a tyre on a show car which see's little to no road but on your everyday Honda which you want to go and rag you're risking your life. Might aswel chuck on a turbo with no oil feed or map and see how long your engine lasts.

    • MetalheadEchidna if the car is stanced its stupid to make that illegal cause what about cars that come from factory like that. Now this I can see being made illegal cause the tire doesn't fucking fit on the rim. That is one good thing in america yeah we got dumb ass laws but you can just about make your car what you want it to be.

      @kylewest100@kylewest1009 жыл бұрын
    • "What about cars that come from factory like that." Uhh, you're kidding right?.. Tell me one car that is "stanced" from factory, pretty sure there are none, because "stancing" a car would mean you would have to customize a vehicle to have ridiculously low suspension, and have camber. CUSTOM, AFTERMARKET, NOT FACTORY.. and about our laws, there are still cops in certain states that can pull you over and ticket you for driving an unsafe vehicle.

      @MetalheadEchidna@MetalheadEchidna9 жыл бұрын
    • hmm. camaro's corvette's, mustang's, GTR. Shit like that and yeah if the car is unsafe it's unsafe duh but you don't have to slam a car to stance it, that's called slammed camaros and vettes come stanced with the low nose and big tires and rims but with maybe 3-4in of ride height and it aint shit to drop a simple 2inchs.
