this process is going to be similar to all BMW 320i 328i 330i 335i 340i M3 428i 430i 440i M4 550 535 640 650 750 740
the flex disc guibo is the ujoint of the driveshaft to allow a smooth acceleration while driving, this is made of rubber and many other material that wear over the time of use. it is very important to replace it at 100k miles if there is any damage present on them.

Those driveshaft bolts are considered stretch bolts by BMW and should have been replaced with new bolts. In practice, they'll probably be fine, but they are supposed to be torqued past their yield strength which literally stretches the threads on the bolts past the point where they are no longer elastic and will NOT return to their original non-stretched form.

what if you didnt have vibration but now after shifting it it makes noice in 2 gear 2,5-3 RPM?

Great video. I'm going to start doing mine today. A little constructive criticism, those bolts have torque values that should be applied to them when installing. Just popping them on with a impact gun maybe good for some people. I would be highly pissed if you put my car back together and did not use a torque wrench on any bolt that required it. This is why I do my own work.
