  • You can go AFK inside the Test Track...Go inside the test track and as soon as you spawn in back your car up a little to get the "Enter LS" alert....Now plug your controller in and go AFK..you will earn about 1 Car Meet Rep level per hour.....You're Welcome!

    • @@crossingdog5651 No, this method doesn’t need rubber bands. But you have to be plugged in cause if your controller turns off you will get kicked.

  • Not sure if it works on the yacht but in the personal mod shop if you lean on rails you can afk not sure if the car meet area has rails but if does might work too.

  • Me and my wife (yes my wife plays GTA) are racing the street series together. So we are always 1st and 2nd. Yeah its that easy to get the prize car. And Rank up is fast too. We made a playlist with all 7 races and do all in noncontact and 2 laps. After that we are nearly 1 rank up. The other thing we do is doing stuff in the test area. The 2 challenges against each other earn you 1 square of a level. For Solo grinders this is nothing they can do. So you have to stay AFK in the car meet.

  • It does take longer to rank up as you rank up. If you do this by afk, you can go from level 1 to 11 overnight. Now it takes me a full night to go from 132 to 133. Also, instead of getting like one bar for doing something, you're lucky if you get 1/6 a bar.

  • If you do this - you’re all lazy. This is my most fave update ever... new clothes, new little heists, business, full car customisation, hang out with other players in a real car meet with a testing track that offers a simple time trial that gives you rep everytime you make a lap hahaha ! + people are just gonna sit in their cars or stand still with a rubber and on the stick doing nothing ? Where’s the fun in that..... this is a dlc GTA + car lovers needed, even the snack all button is amazing 😂🥳 well done GTA

  • im pretty sure finishing contracts gives you reputation. i only went in the car meet once and entered the test track, then after doing a bunch of contracts i came back and was level 7.

  • idk about xbox but for ps4 controllers, if you lay ur controller upside down on something like a desk or floor and move your analog sticks to the side, gravity will hold the controller down with ur analog sticks moving, so you don’t need rubber bands

  • I can confirm that changing cars and driving it on the test track _does not_ earn reputation. You only earn reputation for one car you own per day, it seems. Don't bother changing cars and entering the test track expecting more rep. That doesn't work.

  • I’ll tell y’all tomorrow because I’m 2/3 of the prize ride and I haven’t lost 1st place since I began racing (btw use the Supra Mk5 or “Jester RR” to win more it cuts corners faster and overall has better acceleration but traction is the problem to try not to hit things head on)

  • You get rep for just being there takes longer but I’m sure you can sit in your car and make sure you’re moving around so you don’t get kicked and come back in a couple hours and you’ll rank up and get money.

  • Doing any auto shop contract yours or someone else doesn’t give any car rep. Not sure about prize ride. Basically doing street races, pursuit races, and car meet races are only way and best way to rank up

  • TL;DR for everyone: Purchasing clothing, participating in races, modifying vehicles walking into the building, AFKing in the building, and driving on the test track (both in the testable cars and your own) are all confirmed to give you reputation. Easiest is obviously AFK, but you'll have to do the good ol' rubber band method for that one. It seems like most of these methods have daily caps on how much reputation they can earn you, but there isn't anything exact just yet.

    • @@thiccsecsee5411 no. You have to be in the car meet garage for that. I was in my own auto shop. For xp you have to be in the car meet arena or whatever they call it. Since I have a PS5 remote that started drifting a few weeks ago, I did tie a rubber band around around my analog sticks while at the car meet arena for a few hours and I got good XP

    • Watch security cams in nightclub or ls car meet. U can disconnect your controller. Just watch them and turn off your controller and walk away
