Im very blessed, I've had two soulmates! My late husband of almost nine years was loving, devoted and nurturing. He died from cancer. I was holding him in my arms when he passed. I miss his arms around me. My husband of almost five years is loving, caring and supportive in everything I do. He is not physically very affectionate, but he loves me, I know. Tragically, he has just been diagnosed with Alzheimer's and he will one day leave me, as well. I will miss his hand holding mine. I had a best friend who was a soulmate, as well. We were so much alike and had such fun together! Then she had a medical crisis and went to live with her daughter, far away. I haven't heard from her in a very long time. She may have passed away. I miss her sweet laughter and her kindness. She was like a sister to me. I miss her big, warm hugs. Thanks be to GOD, for I know that they will be waiting for me in Heaven! It hurts to be without them, but I remember all they taught me! It will be a happy day when we are all together again! Thank you for this beautiful reminder of how love is supposed to be, but so seldom is any more. Never give up hope!

(we were both hardcore TF2 fans) Midway through, she told me she wanted to try something. she had me stand up as she sat down on the bed and patted her lap, telling me to rest my head on it. i lied down and immediately felt at peace. but the best part was when she put her hand on my cheek. it was cold, so it was kind of shocking, but it was no less comforting. i would give anything just to go back and fix any fuck-ups i made.

A relationship that is too public might not be a good idea as the objective should never be about showing off your partner (although you can do this sometimes). It should be to fulfill the needs of your partner and be what your partner needs. Your partner is not the expensive things they buy you or their looks. They are the things they do to keep you safe and the acts of kindness that are small but mean so much. They are so much more than materialistic things you see on Instagram.

One thing why this is really resonating with me so far it's because not only you can see that both truly deeply love each other through their actions looking at each other while talking or holding each other when one person in the kitchen cooking but they actually have fun as well with different things (Pillow fight...badminton) and silly moments like she getting wet in the rain with the expression on her face.
