I am so glad that Dimitri got Yasmin she reformed and realized Dimitri is an awesome guy I just love seeing the nerdy Outcast Get the hot girl the ultimate Underdog Story and she got a cheap uncomfortable flight so she can go to the prom with him that is a very sweet gift and sacrifice I hope in the final season Johnny sees them together and realizes that Demetri is more of a man than he thought he was

Demetri beating Hawk in s2 wasn't believable at all, and he dates the popular chick that fast, cmon give me a break, the show has become so cringe and not credilbe.
It wasn't like he beat him straight up in a hand to hand brawl. He surprised him with a skill he wasn't expecting that took him out it's possible. Him scoring Jasmine isn't unbelievable either. I mean, she did get embarrassed in front of everyone. Maybe that humbled her enough to change.
Daniel (a kid who just started learning Miyagi do Karate) beat Johnny (a kid who’s known Cobra Kai for years) at the tournament. Demetri (also just started learning mitagi do Karate) beat Hawk (a kid who spent a few months learning Cobra Kai) during the school brawl. See the comparison? Also, don’t get mad just because a half nerd/ half fighter can get a girl but you can’t😂

It's a 180 'development' that hasn't been earned, which to put it another way is lazy and self-indulgent writing. I've met and read fanficcers who have ten times the level of character-writing competence. Yet the clowns who write CK are making thousands and millions of dollars with their shitty excuse for the same. So yeah, that does make me a little pressed. If incompetent people making money hand over fist for creating rubbish is fine by you, though, that's your lookout. I just feel sorry for poor Gianni DeCenzo having to work so much harder to make this dreadful character change seem credible, it's harder than it looks to sell something like that.
