You have the BEST recipes and food ideas! My husband and two of my children are VERY picky about food. Even they love the recipes and food ideas that you've given us! Do you know how amazing that it? My husband is Cajun. In the Cajun culture, men do most of the cooking when they are at home from work. He now uses some of your recipes and food ideas instead of his own! That is almost unheard of in the Cajun culture! That's how I KNOW your way of doing those things is superior!

I would prefer 15 hours anyway, they are crispy on the outside, but smooth and soft on the inside which has a greater contrast compared to the "potato chips".

I’ve tried the “15 minute” potatoes before and they taste amazing! I was able to try one at a local fair that comes around at Christmas time. If you ever see a stall selling them I recommend you try one! They taste so fresh x💕
