Wonderful views, amazing trip!!! Thanks for sharing!!! Waiting for the cup!!! 👍
This is a cross between Leyland Brothers, Bush Tucker Man and the Camel Trophy. I like your videos, honestly, I really do.
Just a note for those who have asked for information about the videos, some people have not enabled the reply function to their comments in their user settings so it makes it hard to supply an answer. WE prefer to reply to specific comments rather than continually putting up comments that appear out of context with the msg thread
Great to see the Landies used for what they are designed. Best 4x4 by far
Fantastic as always, some stunning scenery there. Australia is on my list of countries to explore before i kick the bucket.
We generally carry a few gerry cans on our camper trailers that we use as a base station along the route. Fuel is much more accesible on the Cape now than it was previously.
The in-car camera is very stable, even over really rough patches. I'm impressed by the quality of your video production alone. The driving looks awesome, I'd love to get up there someday
Most of the in-car is hand held jp. Special props to my wife who handles most of the video work.
Nicely done. Looks like the track to the radar tower is a bit more overgrown that when we went there back in '11.
Great video guys. I insulated under the bonnet of my Deefer and under the floor mats and now it's very quiet compared to original. They brought out new lower door seals which are a lot better now too. Love my truck, even with it's faults.
Paul Livingstone You can buy an upgrade kit for your truck now. Google Landcruiser.
Excellent video, jealous as hell!
Fantastic views
That 110 looks awesome
Driving from Western Congo to the Indian ocean in Tanzania this looks like a cake walk
+Adnan Kashogi film it next time and post it up!
Who cares
Awesome
Glad to see you putting branding on your videos to ensure no duplication. A thought might be to make it mildly opaque? Just a little distracting but no complaints to having it! ;)
Nice vid
Thanks sam. She's still got a few things to do but she's getting there.
Fantastic video guys, wish I was there, but what's with the multiple showings of the bearded bloke driving the defender? What's with that?
Do you know what sort of tent that is off the back of the Mitsi in the first 30 seconds? Thanks
Super!!!
We've been encountering a lot of problems with people ripping off the vids lately but will have look at doing an opaque version. Great idea.
Great video! Beautiful beaches. How do you manage fuel on these trips? Some look fairly remote and I don't see any Jerry cans
We've had a few requests for more in car driver action and I just happen to be behind the wheel most of the time ;-)
Great
Another great video guys, are there any modifications to the viscous fan on the drover or does it just spin in water on the deep water crossings?
The fan is stock as far as I'm aware so assue it just spins. You'll notice we do bra up occasionally and most times, our entry to water is extremely slow.
Cracking video chaps.
It's an Oz Tent. They are called the 30 second tent and have an internal frame built into the tent.
Hi is the defender a 2.2 and what modifications have you done for water wadding since I'm to understand that the wadding depth is 500mm can you do more without damaging the engine please advise
i crossed the jardine river in a landcruiser 60 series. Got video of it on my channel
Why on such a huge continent those tracks are so terribly twisted?
What year is that 110 of yours?
SVX are all 2008 build sold in 2009 for the 60th Anniversary.
Sensible Crossing with 3 straps!
We did this in 2001 in #Smoky60Series
Excellent video, jealous as hell!
