  • My other life in the 80's before i joined the military in 91. I worked out of Carlisle area couriering product to Newcastle/Sunderland and up into Scotland up to Glasgow. We all road motorbikes back then. We collected from Birmingham (resin and flower) and pills from Manchester. Marv was pointed out to me in a small nightclub by my boss saying whatever happens dont get into it with him, ever. It was the 80's and we where young back then, he was lean and tall as F with mallet like hands. Marv was always independent never signed up to one side or the other, he would work for and tax everyone! I never saw him fight, but you could smell the respect? or most likely fear when he entered a bar or club. He went on to do some terrible things, but back then he was just bad lad on his way up.
