It is infuriating that this woman and her husband had to go all the way to Oregon to get an abortion, since Idaho wouldn't allow it, despite the fact that she would have lost her reproductive organs if she had not had it. Oregon, actually has better healthcare than the rest of the country. In the early 2000s when I lived in Oregon, I could go see a gynecologist and get a health check up and get my birth control pills. A sliding scale. Or for free through Planned Parenthood. But now I live in Florida and none of these OBGYNS take Healthcare marketplace plans. All of the planned Parenthood’s are gone because… Well, it’s Floriduh. And I’ve been bleeding for two months straight and was unable to get out of bed for two weeks, but I can’t see a doctor because no one takes my plan and they shut down both of the Planned parenthoods that were anywhere near me

Speaking from personal experience, stop eating sugar. Carbohydrates are also sugar. Eat protein, serving size protein, and veggies for two weeks. You will see the decrease in fluid retention and some weight loss. Food cravings will stop. If you do this for more than two weeks, sweet foods will taste too sweet causing you to eat less sweets. I do eat carbs but not weekly. My weight has dropped and my medications have been reduced to half. Please try this. This is easy and doesnt require weight loss medicine.

College is a privilege and should be treated as so. Most people cannot afford to go to college.
That doesn't mean that people lose their rights to protest as soon as they step on campus. Further, I think that's part of why they are protesting. They are spending thousands of dollars to be there - and they are protesting their school's financial ties to the Israel-Hamas war. They don't want to be funding it. They've paid tens of thousands of dollars. Privilege shouldn't mean "shut up and do as you're told." It means you get to demand receipts - and a voice. If schools don't want students to act as if they are customers or donors who are entitled to a say in anything, then they shouldn't charge the cost of a house for a degree. People who are paying to be there are going to feel an ownership stake in the enterprise - and a strong desire to monitor how their money is being spent.

People who eat whole foods, especially plant foods in their whole, unrefined state don't get type 2 diabetes. I fast everyday 16 hrs and then I eat my first meal after 2 AM. Then I go to bed around 7 AM. I’ve been doing this for a decade and yes, I eat dark chocolate and red grapes but lots of raw healthy food. And I’m as fit as a fiddle.

Well when most of our infrastructure was built it was when the rich and corporations were actually taxed at 90ish percent. If you want better infrastructure then the rich and corporations need to pay their proper share.Taxes are our infrastructure let that sink in.
