Great video 👏 the only edit this time is that "Beliefs are merely thoughts that have been repeated over & over and are stored & automatically remembered by the Subconscious Mind" (hence why we don't know where they came from, they're just there ie beliefs. Beliefs aren't trust/ faith, that's a "conscious decision" to think something is correct and surrender to the Higher Power (that is greater than the mind, the mind "bends" to the Soul/ Higher Self. If we don't do that, then the Lower Self (Ego/ Personhood/ Personality) takes control & refuses to bend/ surrender to a Higher Power because it ultimately doesn't recognise it & thinks _it_ is Higher/ better than than God (or thinks there isn't one) / Universe/ anyone else). The *Process of Enlightenment allows us to become Self Aware or Consciously Aware of the Self* . If we want to change our Beliefs, we must reprogram our Subconscious Minds by repeating positive affirmations until it IS stored & remembered automatically (at first it seems false/ fake/ untrue simply because we have been negatively/ falsely programmed in the first place). @@michealg903 My apologies, thought I answered you this morning. Was very tired, lol. I honestly don't know why 3×'s. I started doing this innately, I didn't read or see it in a video. Three seems to be a number that shows up frequently in my life. Also, when I'm in public & this happens, I mumble the words quietly under my breath. When alone, sometimes I shout the words. One of the big negatives I've dealt with is the voice telling me to off myself. That no longer comes up, as of a couple months ago. Please take care of yourself, Sir!
There are so many good comments on here nothing like those other platforms that’s negative and meaningless. One thing I never gave up on is love and I don’t regret telling people I love them even though they didn’t love me back. It’s the best feeling in the world when you know, and feel loved. I have been through a spiritual awakening at the end of last year and started a journey to unlock my inner potential and being one with my inner spirit, trusting it and rediscovering who I truly am. This has put me on such an emotional roller-coaster and has freed me of so much stress I used to be consumed with. For many years I have tried to stay positive no matter what happens in life and most of the time it's easy, bit of coarse there are also days that nothing seems to go your way, but when I think about it, it's usually due to inadequate sleep, negative energy, or a source of stress. Learning to give yourself the needed sleep and rest and being patient plus not being to hard on yourself are strong keys in life to learn to master. God is love and when love is perfected in you there's no fear. I give you good news, and that is; of eternal life, through Jesus Christ. Believe he is the son of God; who came to Earth the legal way, through the birth of a woman, and experienced life as a human being but without sin, and gave his life on a cross to save humanity from death because of sin, he was buried for three nights and three days, he rose from the grave, and was taken back up to heaven sitting at the right hand of God to mediate for us because he knows what it is to be a human. The BLOOD of Jesus Christ is the only thing that can take away sins, and by his blood you can be healed by faith and thanksgiving. All you have to do is go to him by prayer; confessing him as the son of God who died for the sins of the world and you're asking him to forgive you of your sins and confess all your sins one by one, even that you have forgotten and the ones you do not know about, then believe he has forgiven you, and give him thanks for his forgiveness, then you go forth trying hard not to sin again but as human as we are, we will again, BUT we still can go to him again and ask for forgiveness again. The key is try your best not to sin again by asking Jesus Christ for his help not to sin against him but if you do you humbly go to him and ask for forgiveness. ONLY through Jesus Christ you can be saved and get Eternal life.

What a great REminder, deep down, we KNOW this, yet are so easily swept into others' energy, if heed is not taken. it's a rule of nature, yet SO difficult when pummeled with negativity- yet it is law. paradoxically, a loose handle on such conviction- like "an aggressive dog will more likely bite someone who fears it, so don't be afraid" - is more difficult when consequences of doubt are detrimental. correcting erroneous thinking patterns, years in the making, takes discipline and exercise like a muscle.

I am doing this now and trust the universe is listening. My life is changing for I have changed opening up my heart and mindful of my thoughts. It takes time and patience but it's working. Love and light to you all. Don't give up it's there for us all.x

While meditating and listening to this powerful content, I came to the conclusion that everything unfolded as it was supposed to. I used to be the type of person who complained about my situation without taking action to change it. However, after watching this video, I realized that my current circumstances are an opportunity for me to gain a new understanding of life. It's nothing more than deliberate practice. For example, you can write all day long, but you won't improve your skills unless you put in extra effort, focusing intensely on the subject you want to excel in. However, to achieve this, you must conserve and strategize your energy use. Because ultimately, everything is energy, and you can manifest what you desire through your energy and your focused attention.

@@GummiogMariaThey unfortunately will have to learn that there is no “Jesus”. Only US. You. They’re putting all their faith into a well known name to save them, not realizing they have to save themselves. Source, universe, the great spirit whatever you call him, have put the responsibility on us to save ourselves and to grow, learn, heal and raise our own frequency. Religious folks ALWAYS get a rude awakening once they pass on and realize they’ve been deceived. Sometimes though, they wake up and unlearn what they’ve been force fed and learn the truth but often times not.
Maybe it has everything to do with Jesus, if it is positive and lifts you up and gives you peace and joy.

Hello again. I just started this journey about 6 weeks in. I have an experience I want to share with y’all. I’ve heard some near death experiences and some of them is similar to what I experienced. The only thing is I didn’t have an out of body experience. But, on another point in my life I did have an out of body experience. I was with some people and we were in a bayou. Well I was getting set up to get jumped on and they basically beat me to death. When I went unconscious, I was taken to a dark place, so dark that it was the darkest place I’ve ever been. Still feeling like I’m still attached to my physical body so I put my hands in front of my face and spoke out to ask why it’s so dark, where am I. Remembering where I was before the darkness, I came to the conclusion that I had died. I started to panic a little because I wasn’t ready to go yet. I seen a small light. I couldn’t tell if it was far away or up close, as I focused on the light it got bigger and bigger or closer and closer. I started to see different colors in the light, it was so beautiful. Then it got to the point where the light got so bright it was going through my eyelids, through my body, I had dropped down to my knees and kind of put my head down. A voice came from the light asking me what is it? I said, there’s so many things I want to do, one thing in particular was that my six kids know each other. I want them all together at one time. 5 mothers=6 kids. The way I wanted to have kids didn’t work the way I planned. The voice then asked me if I want to live or die? I replied and said, I want to live. The voice said so be it . The light looked like it got sucked up back into the darkness and simultaneously my eyes opened and I was standing on my feet. It confused me a little because I was on my back when the experience happened. I hear voices saying we killed him. I looked around and I saw people running, so I started running to get help because I was hurt really bad. I had enough strength to make it up the hill where I saw to men and one had a phone. I screamed, running towards help me, help me please. On e of the guys who assaulted me said, he’s still alive and came back for me to finish the job and hit me in the back of the head with a brick. I’m going in and out of consciousness. I hear the phone call, I hear the sirens, I hear me in the ambulance, I hear them working on me. I get to the ER. They cut my clothes, I hear we losing him. Then I wake up in recovery, like what happened. I was in the hospital for 2 wks I’m not gonna get into my injuries, but a nurse came to my room to talk to me. He said I wasn’t supposed to make it and whatever I was doing to put myself in this situation, I needed to stop. I never saw him again. That’s the end of that. Notice when you tell a child how wonderful and well behaved they are how they often strive to do better and strive for bigger and greater things. It is very important that we set that center stage and put up a grand performance of a life time as positive mentors, because I can tell you that those little eyes are always watching you mums and dads and nothing is ever forgotten inside the minds from the little world.

I started meditating 3 days ago, placing my mind body and soul into a deep space mentally. I suffered from being fatigued throughout the day no matter how much sleep I got. After tests and sleep studies nothing was found. I placed my time and energy into getting up even earlier to meditate preparing for the day. Even on the first day trusting in the universe believing in every frequency, vibration is a signal to Aline your brain. I feel great more energy, motivation it’s like I’m unstoppable.
