  • Giannis honestly made me wanna watch basketball again, and even though I'm a Maverick's fan I got absolutely nothin' but love and respect for Giannis. Between him and Luca I've found a new love of basketball all over again after years and years of just not enjoying it as much. Edit: I love how at 6:03 Giannis is telling his mom and dad that "in 15, maybe 20 years my number will be up there". There's no doubt in my mind young man, you are a special talent and even more special person. What you've already brought to Milwaukee has earned your name and number in the rafters.

So much so that my friend who doesn’t watch basketball told me that he would never have thought that he was a celebrity because of how he carried himself. He looked to be doing something important but was patient, understanding, calm and even took time to take photos with the airport employees. I won’t ever forget that, he has my utmost respect.

  • I've been waiting for this video for awhile Giannis is something special. He is one of the few current players that is on pace for the top 10 even top 5 of all time. On top of this I want people to understand something. Giannis has a very good chance of ending his career as the only player in NBA history to win multiple championships, multiple Finals MVPs, multiple Season MVPs (doesn't really matter since he has 2 already), and finally multiple Defensive Player of the Year awards. No one else has done that, not even Kareem or Jordan or Lebron or Shaq or any of the other all time greats. Not to mention Giannis already only 1 of 3 players to even have a Finals MVP, Season MVP, and DPOY the other two are Hakeem and MJ. Thats not bad company to be in a conversation with.

  • It's very refreshing to see a NBA superstar that actually shows loyalty to a franchise and isn't joining his buddies in free agency to form a super team. He sets the example for his team by playing hard and not taking time off on the court. If you notice he's not getting the respect he deserves from former and current NBA players. This is a result of his loyalty and hustle, which by comparison make his detractors look bad.

  • Why does nobody talk about him being an all time great! He essentially did in Milwaukee what Jordan did in Chicago…without a pippin!

    @isaacwillis725@isaacwillis725 Жыл бұрын
    • But he has Holiday and Middleton who Contribute On not only defense but unlike pippen THEY also Contribute OFFENSIVELY which scottie didn't do consistently

      @KingKratos79@KingKratos79 Жыл бұрын
    • @@KingKratos79 you’re gonna have teammates doing important stuff. Scottie became arguably the second best player in the league. Those guys are nowhere near that level.
