It was real. You cant make someone fall in love with you like that. The love they built was only secured because they both grew together. The new gamora/old gamora didnt have any of the growth together. I was very happy they didnt get some bs unrealistic hollywood ending to their journey. It wouldnt have made any sense anyway. I forgot the movie, but It was vince vauhn and jen anniston. Where they broke up and by the end just went their separate ways because thats actually reality. This movie is in the top 3 for me for sure. Idk how it was pg-13 though, they shouldve leaned into the R rating and gone all the way. This movie was absolutely great start to finish, it was 2 hours 30 minutes and not a minute felt wasted. Took me like 2 days to get through it because I would ahve to stop and decompress a bit. But i think its safe tos ay that marvel from here on out wont be good anymore. To many agendas no one wants, no directors worth a damn. Kang is out and cant be replaced or recast because kangs across all the multiverse was the same dude, smh. Lokis gonna be dead in the water as they dont ahve anytime to reshoot anything or make a new script. Writers strike. Disney is burning their own IPs to the ground. But the good news is the the new DCEU is gonna be fire. Theyre taking chances by keeping ezra and bringing gunn on. I love how everyone characters got a conclusion. They brought back people from both teh first and second movie even for just a simple scene. Eyebrows dude playing cards with everyone, yondu making an appearance. They really didnt hold back. Rocket destroying that dudes face. No other marvel movie, or movie for me lately, made me feel real anger for the villain. He wasnt likeable. I mean shit. The explosions on the planet and the ani-men getting blown up on their own lawns. Mantis peacing out with the 3 beasts was legit a gangster move. Drax getting a family. Gunn breaking the 4th wall through groot to talk to us fans. Top tier marvel. Havnt had a good one like this in 5 6 years. Good to quit watching on a banger.

It was far from vulgar or crass, but I feel some may be more upset by being caught off guard, having expected another silly romp through space, rather than the actual language itself. But to be fair, audiences and movie goers are all adequately warned and made aware of the potential for intense violence, brief strong language, partial nudity and drug use by the movie’s PG-13 rating, which allows for various obscenities including a single F-word.

@@HyperLuminal I know what PG-13 means. I've been around since before PG-13 was. My issue is, Marvel movies follow a certain pattern. Just like it would have if we got a glimpse of Gamora's boobs. I'm not angry over the word. My son knows the difference between what's allowed and not. I laughed. He laughed. Gunn knows how to utilize his time and team so well; he managed to schedule and shoot scenes that require enough time to get the CGI just right, while also not depending on it to make up for any lack of foresight or preparation. Wish more blockbuster directors had this in mindset instead of relying on the actors to improvise their way through scenes - which also shows how tightly written Gunn's scripts are and how cool it is that he still grants his actors the freedom to improvise and have fun.

I love how the relationship between gamora and quill wasn’t fix so quickly
yeah
Yea heavy writing.........
The writing was good with this movie

What movies are you guys watching. Quill gets nothing but hammered. Gunn has clearly demoted Chris Pratt as the Center of of the Guardians and made a point to say that it’s really Rocket now. Make of that what you will.
The scene where Rocket and his friends talk inside their cages has got to be one of the cutest, nicest and most sensitive things that Marvel has ever made. For me it tops even Tony Stark's death scene because it is feels so inocent and pure.
“For u” at least we know u have opinions lmaoo iron man’s death was ass
@@AmaAndZing man this film overshadow endgame..(and not "for me", it's better written)
@@AmaAndZing bro does not like iron man
Tony's death was simply bad, due to Endgame being the worst MCU movie at that time. The most emotional death scenes are still Loki (in IW), Yondu and Gamora, and two of them come from the Guardians because, yeah, James Gunn is a genius
@@nikoloznasaridze6328 It maybe wasn't the best death he could've had but it sure as he'll wasn't "ass" Tony was my favorite character and that was the only marvel death I shared a tear for.
Unpopular opinion: I am actually satisfied with Adam's role on the film, he was allways the must powerful man on the room, yet they made sure he didn't overshadow any of the lesser characters nor made defeating the villain look easy (I'm looking at you C. Marvel).
I agree, it was great idea showing his raw power and innocents. It gives him time to grow in future movies. Also it wasn’t his time to shine, this was a finale for the main guardians. His time will come just like the other guardians had their moment.
Absolutely, GOTG Vol. 3 is all about Rocket story. Adam's role is just a right amount of introduction.
So they made him a clown... Nice analogy
Yeah, like they have a really good defense for his character that he came out of cocoon lil early!
I don't know why you added "I'm looking at you C. Marvel" when the point of the movie was to show how powerful she could be without following other people's orders, I suggest you rewatch the movie.
"Someday I'm gonna make great machines that fly. And me and my friends are gonna go flyin together into the forever and beautiful sky... Lylla, and Teefs, and Floor... and me, Rocket." One of my favorite movie lines... 😭

@@wingman5100 I was hoping the whole time that somehow they’d escape.
@@wingman5100 Oh I knew they weren’t gonna make it out alive but even knowing they were gonna die it still broke me when they did. Especially Lylla not only cause she was the first one to go but also the fact it happened right after the hug and her saying it’s so nice to have friends. And right after that u knew it was that time and that Floor and Teefs were gonna follow suit. And I knew it happened before the camera even went towards them when those guys shot in Rocket’s direction but missed him. And the last thing Floor and Teefs saw was one of their friends die and then saw another go completely feral all while trying to calm him down. Fucking sad shit. This movie is so phenomenal just like the first 2. Easily the best MCU movie trilogy or whatever it’s called.
@@AugAug989 While it is extremely sad they died and it completely broke me when they did (even tho I knew it was gonna happen) I’m kinda glad they didn’t live. I know how messed up that sounds but who knows what we would have now if they lived. Rocket might not have ever met Groot. And Rocket wouldn’t have the same awesome character arc. This movie would’ve been a lot less emotional if they lived. So while it is sad it needed to happen to add more emotion into the story. And to make it feel more satisfying to watch the high evolutionary get his ass handed to him at the end. And I’m glad they leaned way more into the serious side of things in this movie.

@@frey8725 Personally I loved it. It’s not easy to stick the landing with your one allotted F-bomb. That said, I wondered how parents bringing younger children responded to it.
Guardians has always been a little more edgy with their language and I've been fine with it. My son didn't know what Peter meant by calling Thanos' chin a nutsack. This caught me off-guard. Just like it would have if we got a glimpse of Gamora's boobs. I'm not angry over the word. My son knows the difference between what's allowed and not. I laughed. He laughed. It was just unexpected and I think they could have done it without that word.

Wish more blockbuster directors had this in mindset instead of relying on the actors to improvise their way through scenes - which also shows how tightly written Gunn's scripts are and how cool it is that he still grants his actors the freedom to improvise and have fun.

Absolutely it has something to do with the future of the MCU. It announces that Star-Lord will be returning.
@@3mer4ld_p1tch tbh it wasnt needed. We knew this wasnt the last we'll see of them
@@reycastro6424 for the few, miniscule quantity of people who thought otherwise, it's nice to have those scenes.
The last time Peter saw grandad was the day he lost his mom right before getting snatched by the Ravagers. Even if it's unattached from the future MCU. it's just good having that grandad grandson time. Lord knows I miss my grandaddy so much, so it made me happy to get a lil blanket conversation with them.
Id say this one is my top 5 marvel movie to date. Very emotional, almost made me cry.
What is the other 4?
@@plumcat4089 Iron Man, Avengers, Infinity War, Guardians of the Galaxy Vol 1.
One of the best marvel videos❤️
This is literally my first forgotten movie that I ever saw.
