Well, yeah, it's the same engine...The difference and reason one buys the E43 over the C43 is comfort, space, technology, status and numero uno...they don't look/sound like every other 16y-o on the block 100% of the time.
What are the major problems of The E43 😅 im thinking about it or the 540i

The stock AMG performance exhaust is perfection.
Agreed... I have a 13' cl63 and an 18' E43 p3, and it's an awesome daily. Sometimes you want a little bit more, but every exhaust option just doesn't hit the mark. The only exhaust mod I was interested in was a SuperSprint setup. Mufflers only, believe it or not...there's an amateur video of one floating around yt. Only problem is it's not valvetronic.
